Bring your boat! This home is a nature and wildlife lover's paradise! A fully furnished brick waterfront home, on the Speckled Perch Canal leading to Little Lake Harris and the Harris Chain of Lakes. The Harris Chain of Lakes cover thousands of acres and are connected together by canals and locks. The lakes lead to the Saint John's River, the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico.

A nature preserve, which is your view from the back yard along with the canal, surrounds the development. Bass fishing tournaments and numerous festivals are held in this area throughout the year. There is also a white sand community beach minutes away. Whatever you consider a great time you will find it in Tavares and the surrounding areas like historic Mount Dora and Leesburg for example. Boating, fishing, golfing, shopping, flea markets, restaurants, the possibilities are endless.

This home has solid wood and ceramic tile flooring, and ceiling fans throughout. Located on a quiet private cul-de-sac. There are two bedrooms (1-king and 1-queen) and two full baths. The Florida room also has a full-size sofa bed. Located approximately 45 minutes from Disney World, this area offers all of the activities the beautiful state of Florida has to offer, yet comfortably away from the crowds.

Centrally located, approximately 1-1/2 hrs to spend a day on the Ocean Beach or in the opposite direction, a day Gulf side.
