The Bella Vista - "Beautiful Views" is a spectacular seven bedroom private home located in the prestigious Solamere subdivision of lower Deer Valley. The Bella Vista is located less than one mile from Snow Park Lodge located at the base of Deer Valley ski resort and less than two miles from Park City ski resort. This 5,400 square foot custom home is an ideal for family, friends, or a business retreat, because there is plenty of room for you and all of your guests.
Seven bedrooms and six full bathrooms and one half bathroom includes, two master suites with king beds, three bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with a full bed and a futon, one bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed. There is also a full size sofa sleeper in one of the living areas. The kitchen is fully-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and amenities.
Bella Vista has four common areas for your guest to relax after a hard day of skiing or just enjoying the outdoors. The entertainment room has a pool table, Sony Play Station, TV, and an audio system with complete surround sound. Every room in the home is connected to the house wide audio system. Private seven person Dimension One Spa with breath taking views.
Comcast high-speed internet access with wireless network. Daily or mid-week cleaning services can be provide by Deer Valley Lodging upon your request. A car is recommended, as it is one mile to the base of Deer Valley and two miles to Park City. The Bella Vista also has a three-car garage. The home requires a five-night minimum for all reservations.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Solamere
My wife and I purchased the Bella Vista in 2004 because there were very few 7 bedroom homes available in the market. The home has multiple living areas to accommodate all of our guests.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I have been fortunate to ski most of the top ski resorts in North America. Park City has a distinct advantage over all the other ski resorts in North America. The primary advantage is Salt Lake City airport is less than 45 – 50 minuets from our front door. The third advantage is that Utah has the best snow conditions. Finally you have three top rated ski resorts within minuets of our home: Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, & Canyons.
Park City Old Town and the Park City Mountain Town Lift is less than 1 1/2 mile

We loved staying at Bella Vista. All the bedrooms, except the 2 bedrooms in the basement which shared a bathroom, had private baths which was great for a large crowd. The house was spacious, and had lots of amenities. Everyone enyoyed the hot tub, and the men loved the pool table. It was clean and the owner gave us an extra day without charge. Family loved the activities in Park City - Alpine slide, coaster, and Olympic Village, etc. Short distance to Lagoon. I would recommend this home and we may plan to rent it again it a few years.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
