Our Condo is a great location for a relaxed time!

The Condo is a comfortable home with neutral colors and southwest decor. New carpet and ceramic tile. Resort stlye complex with pool and spa, plus pool tables and a fireplace in the club house. Bar b que grills outside.
Great Central location for meetings, guests or commuters, minutes from Luxury Resorts like the Phoenician, Biltmore and the Camelback Resort. A short ride or walk to art galleries,library, dining, shopping, and pubs. In the Heart of Old Town Scottsdale. A ten minute walk to Fashion Square Mall. Fifteen minutes from Phoenix International Airport and 12 minutes to Tempe and North Scottsdale. Two minute drive from hiking Camelback Mountain. Would be ideal location for Spring Training. Professional Ball players, can even walk to practice.

Southwest Design interior, TV with VCR. Master bed features: full bed with small TV, phone and private bath. Kitchen opens to living and Dining area .
Electricity is paid by tenant in the summer months. Rent is $875.mo.
