Delightful, convenient and warmly decorated vacation home is located on the Mesa (neighborhood community on the ocean side of downtown Santa Barbara). With a front and back yard with hot tub, there's plenty of room for the kids to roam. One yard is fenced, the other is not.
This quiet and private home has lovely views of the mountains and partial views of the ocean. You won't want to go home... ;-)
With parking for two small or medium cars, this home is located 3-5 minutes from the popular venues of Santa Barbara including the Zoo, Stearn's Wharf, the Mission, Natural History Museum, Fess Parker's Doubletree, SB Court House, Elings Park and more. UCSB, Bacara Resort and Sandpiper Golf Course are less than 12 minutes north.
The two large bedrooms with vaulted ceilings both have queen sized beds.
