Charming, warmly decorated vacation home is a mile from downtown and the beach and is located on the Mesa (neighborhood community on the ocean side of downtown Santa Barbara). With a front and back yard with hot tub, there's plenty of room for the kids to roam. One yard is fenced, the other is not.
The home is located in a quiet and private neighborhood with lovely views of the mountains and partial views of the ocean. Imagine yourself lounging in the warm filtered sun on the gated patio gazing at the sunset or amazing purple mountains. With parking for two small or medium cars, this home is located 3-5 minutes from the popular venues of Santa Barbara including the Zoo, Stearn's Wharf, the Mission, Natural History Museum, Fess Parker's Doubletree, SB Court House, Elings Park and more. UCSB, Bacara Resort and Sandpiper Golf Course are less than 12 minutes north.
