This newly Renovated oceanfront house was tastefully designed, decorated, furnished and updated by a professional decorator to provide a relaxed beachy feeling reminiscent of South Beach, Florida. We strive to provide our guests with a pleasant, relaxed vacation filled with great memories of Long Beach Island and a desire to come back and visit us again soon!

Our house rents weekly in Season from June till September. It is also available weekly and for extended weekend getaway vacations off Season from October until May. The house is ideal for small or large families plus guests or for two couples to share. It sleeps 13-16 comfortably
The house is reversed living with the upstairs floor containing a master bedroom suite and high ceiling great room (living room, dining room, kitchen) plus one and a half baths. The master bedroom includes a king bed and sitting area with a queen sleeper couch and a slider opening onto a large deck with beautiful endless views of the ocean. The great room was professionally decorated and newly furnished with a hint of South Beach and boasts views of the ocean and Bay from large glass windows and an East facing window wall for stupendous endless views of the Ocean.There is a queen sleeper and a full size sleeper in the great Room.
The rooftop deck provides scintillating endless views of the Ocean and Bay plus unobstructed views up and down the island.
The bottom floor includes four additional bedrooms plus two full baths. The three ocean-facing bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and have glass sliders opening onto a large ocean-facing deck. The Bay facing the fifth bedroom was tastefully decorated and furnished for children with a double bunk bed and twin bed to accommodate many children.
The house includes a large garage with extra storage space, an outside shower with dressing area, two zone central air and gas heat, laundry room with washer and drier, new appliances, gas grill, deck furniture, numerous TVs, VCRs, DVDs, microwave oven, ice maker, refrigerator etc.
The house is located on an interior oceanfront lot just steps from the beach and provides privacy and isolation from street noises thus giving rise to the name "Sandy Haven".
Please Note: This property is NOT available for High School, College, Prom or Graduation Parties without adult supervision. Group and Prom Rates $800 to $1600 extra depending on size of group.

We stayed at this house for a week for a family gathering. There were 16 of us (5 families) and we had plenty of room. The views are spectacular and floor plan works great. We could all hang out in the living room/dining room/kitchen and be together while doing different things. The kids loved the playroom which was HUGE. Each adult couple had a balcony off their room which was a plus and one room is perfect for kids. The downstairs also had a pull out couch as well as 2 other couches so the kids had their own "kidcave". They appreciated having their own space. It was also great to come back from the beach and enter downstairs so the sand in the house was minimal. Overall the whole house was very homey and we felt comfortable from the moment we got there. When we mentioned to the owner how many people we were he made sure we had enough of everything including wine glasses and silverware. He was very accomodating with our reservation and we got the full security deposit back very quickly. As for the location, it could not be better. The house is on the beach and one house off the beach access. It is a few houses from the main road. Within 3 blocks was pizza, bagels, miniature golf, a nightclub, a bar (with great food we brought to the beach for lunch) a candy store and a little market. We hardly got in our car all week. I would absolutely recommend this house, just don;t take it when we want it again!! ENJOY!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Maybe I should not write this, but this house is one of the best kept secrets in LBI. My family/friends (group of 16 (8 adults, 8 kids) ranging from ages 7-14) simply LOVE THIS HOUSE! This was our 2nd stay and the upgrades made (new furniture/new finished basement) were outstanding. You cannot beat the beach views and large spacious decks that are even off the bedoroms. Rooms are spacious and the living areas are very comfortable. Ocean views all around from kitchen and living room. Access to beach is fantastic and close, and from the decks you can see your family.friends on beach. Going back and forth to house (which we ALL do) is a true pleasure to be able to do. The kids loved to bike to the nearby stores,...close enough to do so. I will be back again in 2012, and telling my friends who rent other homes to switch to this one.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.
