The Condo has three bedrooms and two baths. The master and guest bedrooms both have comfortable king-size beds and plenty of storage space to accommodate all of your vacation needs. Both of these bedrooms have TVs and glass sliders that open to a balcony overlooking a peaceful view of Estero Bay. The master bedroom has a full bath that will allow you to feel refreshed after a fun day in the sun. A second bath has a newly tiled shower, water closet and a sink. A third bedroom has two twin beds that allow you to have guests that can share in this lovely bit of paradise.
The living room is pleasant decorated and will comfortably seat seven guests. Its large TV is equipped with a stereo/CD/DVD surround sound system. Glass sliders open from the living room to the screened lanai that overlooks the Gulf. The comfortable dining room will seat six people while the fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook and entertain guests with ease. The wonderful view of the beach from the kitchen window makes cleaning up the dishes a treat. A HIGH SPEED CABLE INTERNET connection is available in the unit for your use if you would like to bring a computer. Additionally, for your convenience, the unit also has a small washer and dryer.
Enjoy watching the dolphins, manatees, birds and boats that share this secluded paradise at the end of Little Hickory Island. An elevator that is right outside the Condo's lanai door will carry you down to a beautifully landscaped courtyard and the largest oceanfront, heated swimming pool in the area. Just a few steps further and Bonita Beach awaits you. Her soft, white sand boasts some of the best shelling on the Gulf Coast. A natural paradise right outside your door.
The Bonita Beach Club complex, with its lush landscaping, fountains, flowers and palm trees, also has tennis courts, an exercise room, a billiards room and a shuffleboard court. The new fishing pier that is right in the back of the condo units will provide a relaxing spot to fish in Estero Bay. Nearby in Bonita Springs, Naples or Ft.
