We were the first people to stay at this property (hence this being the only review). We were very pleased with the location; 3 minute walk to downtown, 5 minute walk to the pier/beach park. The home itself is very cozy with a comfortable antique feeling that creates a very relaxing setting. Will definitely stay again!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We are a local family from right here in Fairhope and have made hospitality our lifelong endeavor. This is the first property of this format we've owned but have 30 years of experience with accommodating vacationers whether on the Bayous of Louisiana, the slopes of Colorado, or the suburban scene. We do our utmost to support ourselves by making others feel welcome. If there's ever something we can do to make your stay more enjoyable or comfortable we'll happily do so. We look forward to your staying at the property we've poured our souls and tireless efforts into making cozy and clean for you.
Why the Owner Chose Fairhope:
This property interested us in the Summer of 2012 because we'd recently left the world of small business and had always been curious about the world of vacation rental. Vacation rentals of this nature attract different demographic than we've ever before serviced at the various motels we've run in years past.
Simply, we needed something that's less of a full-time job than we'd had managing multi-unit facilities. It is now a privilege to own a property of which we are so proud because, we believe, it's the best thing available for rent in the whole darn town.
