5 BR,3 Full baths, 2Half baths and an outdoor hot/cold shower, 3500 sq ft owners private home. The home is 5 years old.This reverse floor plan is a vacation paradise with all the amenities you could possibly need. Rooftop sunning area with lounge chairs and a table with sitting chairs is on the rear of the house with beautiful views of the ocean. Steps lead down to the top floor where you will find a huge kitchen with 2 fridges and 2 ovens and all the condiments, spices and utensils for the cook.Dining room that seats 6 and bar area that seats 7. Family room with gas fireplace, 52' flat screen HDTV with surround sound, DVD, stereo system. Half bath on this level. Huge screened in rear porch overlooks the pool with views and sounds of the ocean and acts as an extension to the family room with a brand new, beautiful comfortable sectional sofa, mounted tv with cable/remote and outdoor dining table for 6. Also a doorway to the front porch where there are bar high adirondack chairs for watching the boats on the intercoastal and watching sunsets shimmer off the water. One gas grill on this level.
Middle level is 4 bedrooms and three full baths. Doorways from the bedrooms lead to the front porch or rear screened in porch. Screened in porch overlooking the pool has rocking chairs, a big hammock and cushioned lounge chairs.Steps lead to the pool area.Each bedroom has flat screen tv's, cable/remote and DVD. Luxurious linens and towels throughout.
On the ground floor is the 5th bedroom with the pull out sofa. This room also has a flat screen tv with cable/remote. In the garage there is a treadmill and foosball table for your enjoyment.The doorway from the garage leads to the screened in bar area with mounted flat screen with cable/remote, wet bar, refrigerator, and beautiful 3 seat bar and a set of comfortable seating area. The half bath pool bath is in the bar area. Walk out the screened door from the bar and you will find the pool with lounge chairs on one end and an outdoor dining table at the other end. A very private and relaxing area. Leading from the front of the house is a walkway around the side of the house that leads through the fence door, past the outdoor shower and directly to the pool area.There is another gas grill at the pool area.
An elevator will take you from the ground floor to the top floor.
The grounds are well maintained by a yard service with local flowers, bushes and palm trees. Pool is maintained by a pool service. Inside the house is maintained by a housekeeper.All rear porches,pool, rooftop sunning area and top floor are connected to a surround sound audio system.
Other amenities provided include 4 bicycles, beach chairs and toys, and three refigerators with icemakers.
