Rent with confidence... We have 8 years of experience renting and managing and have many guests returning year after year. We strive to make our condo comfortable for you and your family and include lots of extras.
Our Condo has EVERYTHING you need to feel right at home. It is tastefully decorated, clean and offers a great view! Our condo can accommodate from 1 to 16 guests. We often have smaller groups with 6 people or less who enjoy the extra room the condo offers.
We are located in the heart of Osage Beach at the very popular LEDGES Condominium Complex. There are two swimming pools to enjoy. One that you can see from the balcony and one at the point with an incredible 10 mile view of the main channel! There is also a sandy beach that is on a calm cove to enjoy.
If you are bringing little ones, you are welcome to use the high chair, bedrails and playpen at the condo. There are also plenty of movies, toys and board games for family fun!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. They are stocked with all the goodies you'll need including cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, toaster, blender and coffee maker.
The Condo is also equipped with a full sized washer and dryer. All linens are provided.
A covered 10' x 24' or 10' x 30' is available for $15 per night.

3 Bedroom + Loft / 3 Bath
You can comfortably sleep 16 people! There are two bedrooms and two full baths on the main level and a loft upstairs along with a third bedroom and another full bath.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. There is a TV and dvd player in the master bedroom and access to the patio. The second bedroom has two full beds and full bunk bed along with an adjacent full bath. Up a flight of stairs, the loft has one queen bed and futon. The third bedroom upstairs offers a full bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a full bed on the top. There is also a third full bath in the upstairs bedroom.
The living room has a vaulted ceiling, TV, VCR, and DVD player. There is also a patio with a gas grill and patio furniture that overlooks one of the pools.

We loved this property and will be coming back! We have 5 children and another family with 6 children stayed with us. Plenty of room! We really appreciated all of the children-friendly extras: booster seat, high chair, pack & play, baby gate, toys and movies. It rained 1/2 the time we were there, but the kids still had a great time. The owners were very accommodating to our special circumstances and so friendly. We have already recommended this property to others!Recommended for: Families with young children.

We planned a spur-of-the-moment trip to the Lake over Easter weekend and could not have been more thrilled with the accommodations! The spacious condo lent itself perfectly to our group (my father, teen daughter and son, husband and myself) and it included many great amenities. We even found a bottle of vinegar to ease Easter egg dying when the Hy-Vee had run out of vinegar! It was super easy and fun to coordinate our trip details with Jen. The Ledges -- and this unit in particular -- offer outstanding perks, including challenging golf, convenient location and a clean, well-appointed home away from home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.
