Family Room with Fire Place, 32 " T.V., DVD Player & VCR. - Osage Beach, Lake of the Ozarks, MO - Missouri Vacation Condo Lodging This condo is located in the heart of Osage Beach at the very popular LEDGES Condominium Complex. There are two swimming pools. One that you can see from the condo balcony and one at the point with an incredible 10 mile view! There is also a sandy beach area with a volleyball pit and a play area/swing set. The Condo is tastefully decorated, immaculate and has a great view of the lake. This Condo has EVERYTHING you need to feel right at home. You can comfortably sleep 16 people! There are two bedrooms and two full baths on the main level and a HUGE loft upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. There is a TV and dvd player in the master bedroom and access to the patio. The second bedroom has two full beds and adjacent full bath. Up a flight of stairs, the loft has one queen bed, two full beds, and two twin-top bunk beds. In the loft, there is also a bathroom, desk and TV. We offer free internet access so bring your laptop! There are also plenty of board games for family fun! The living room has a vaulted ceiling, a gas fireplace, a sleeper sofa, large 32" TV, VCR, and DVD player. There is also a patio with a gas grill and patio furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerater, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. It is stocked with all the goodies you'll need including cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, toaster and coffee maker. There is enough room to seat 10 people to eat. There's a large table that seats six and a breakfast bar that seats four. This Condo is also equipped with a full sized washer and dryer. All linens are provided. A covered 10 x 24 boat slip is available for $15 per night. We also own the CONDO RIGHT NEXT DOOR. Both condos sleep from 1 - 16 so this is ideal for family gatherings when you need additional space. Very convenient with the condos next door to each other. If you are bringing little ones, you are welcome to use the high chair, bedrails or playpen that are in the condo. FREE INTERNET ACCESS, so bring your laptop! Whether your pleasure is swimming, boating, fishing, golfing, shopping or just plain relaxing, we have the perfect accommodations for your family!
