We have three condos at the LEDGES available for you to rent! Two beautiful large loft units that can sleep up to 16 people each and a gorgeous two bedroom unit with a spectacular view of the main channel that can sleep up to 9 people!

Our condos are ideal for family gatherings when you need additional space. The two large loft units are right next door to each other. Very convenient!

If you are bringing little ones, you are welcome to use the high chair, bedrails and playpen that are in each of the condos. There are also plenty of movies, toys and board games for family fun!

The condos are located in the heart of Osage Beach at the very popular LEDGES Condominium Complex. There are two swimming pools. One that you can see from the balconies of the loft units and one at the point with an incredible 10 mile view! There is also a sandy beach that is on a calm cove to enjoy.

The Condos have EVERYTHING you need to feel right at home. They are tastefully decorated, clean and offer great views!

The kitchens are fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. They are stocked with all the goodies you'll need including cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, toaster, blender and coffee maker.

The Condos are also equipped with a full sized washer and dryer. All linens are provided.

A covered 10 x 24 boat slip is available for $15 per night.

Whether your pleasure is swimming, boating, fishing, golfing, shopping or just plain relaxing, we have the perfect accommodations for your family!


2 Bedroom + Large Loft
You can comfortably sleep 16 people! There are two bedrooms and two full baths on the main level and a HUGE loft upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. There is a TV and dvd player in the master bedroom and access to the patio. The second bedroom has two full beds and adjacent full bath. Up a flight of stairs, the loft has one queen bed, two full beds, and two twin-top bunk beds. In the loft, there is also a bathroom, desk and TV. We offer free internet access so bring your laptop!

The living room has a vaulted ceiling, a gas fireplace, a sleeper sofa, large 32" TV, VCR, and DVD player. There is also a patio with a gas grill and patio furniture.


3 Bedroom + Large Loft
You can comfortably sleep 16 people here also! There are two bedrooms and two full baths on the main level and a HUGE loft upstairs with an extra bedroom and full bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. There is a TV and dvd player in the master bedroom and access to the patio. The second bedroom has three full beds (one as a bunk) and adjacent full bath. Up a flight of stairs, the loft has one queen bed and a separate bedroom that has two full beds as bunk beds. In the loft, there is also a full bathroom, desk and TV's.

The living room has a vaulted ceiling, a gas fireplace, a sleeper sofa, large TV, VCR, and DVD player. There is also a patio with a gas grill and patio furniture.


2 Bedroom - Main Channel
You can comfortably sleep 9! There are two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. There is a TV and a breathtaking view of the main channel from the very large windows. The second bedroom has two full beds and one twin top bunk bed and adjacent full bath.

The living room has a sleeper sofa, large TV, VCR, and DVD player. There is also a patio with a gas grill and patio furniture. The view of the main channel from the patio is spectacular!

  • We just spent a delightful week with our family of 13. We were return guests of Ken & Jen, as we stayed in their 2 loft condos last year as well. Coming back a second time should be enough to tell you that we were treated well by the Charapatas & that their condos suited our needs. Besides the comfortable, clean accommodations, they stock their units with all the basics. It's great to know that you don't have to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. It's all there! Our grandkids range in age from 2-7. It's nice that their parents didn't have to haul pack 'n plays, high chairs, etc., as they're in the units, too. A serendipity this year was meeting Ken & Jen & their 3 lovely daughters, as they were in their main channel unit when we were there. That only reinforced the fact that they are good people, are most helpful owners, & are willing to go out of their way to make our stay so pleasurable. The Ledges are also ideally located with a great view of either the main channel or a cove. I highly recommend the Charapatas' units.

  • I have stayed at Jen and Ken's condos several times now and wasn't aware this site was here. We used to stay off of HH and then we found their condos on VRBO. Their condos are the cleanest I have ever been in and the most well furnished. There is nothing to want for. The location is perfect. Golf, shopping, restraunts, movie theater, and much more within minutes of the condo. The pools are spectacular and the condo complex is very clean and well kept. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!!!!!

The condo was clean and spacious & the location was very convenient to the golf courses and good restaurants (that's all we do - golf and eat).   • This condo was used for an 8th Grade class trip. 8 students and 5 adults stayed here. Everything was just great, the kids would have been content to spend the entire week at the condo and not leave. The adults especially liked being able to see the kids at the pool from the outside deck. Everything was clean and very nice! Would definetely recommend this condo to others!

  • This is a lovely and spacious condo with a great view of the lake. I have stayed at many condos at the lake and this is one of the nicest. Very neat and clean, plenty of room, comfortable beds. Well furnished. Quite too. Price is right. We had a great stay weekend of March 12, 2005.
