WELCOME TO OUR spacious 845 sq ft, 2 BR condominium situated in the perfect Breckenridge location. Downhill skiers can walk the short distance or take the free shuttle to the Peak 8 base area and cross country skiers and snowshoers can do the same to the Nordic Area. As owners who enjoy spending time at this condo ourselves, we carefully maintain it for the pleasure of our family as well as that of our guests. It is used only for short term rental, has never been part of a management company rental program and has never had long term rental useage.
SORRY - NO PETS ALLOWED.
FEATURES - There are 2 bedrooms with nightstands, dressers and mirrors and luggage racks. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has 2 twin beds. In addition, there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The full kitchen has an expansive tiled bar with uncrowded seating for 6 people to comfortably enjoy meals. Tiled kitchen counters and floors, electric range, refrigerator, microwave, complete table service for 6 people, and full set of cookware make this a perfect gathering spot. The vaulted ceiling in the living room/kitchen area gives an added feeling of spaciousness to the unit and the gas log fireplace stove in the living room contributes to the coziness of the area.
The living room is furnished with sofa sleeper, Lazy Boy rocker/recliner and glider with ottoman - perfect for watching the new 32 inch HDTV with built in DVD player. The color TV in the master bedroom has both VCR and DVD player; the second bedroom has color TV with VCR. All 3 locations receive cable service. In addition, FREE internet access is available in the condo. All linens for six people are provided.
The full bath has a shower, tub and toilet; in addition, there are 2 vanities separate from each other and separate from the bathroom, each with tile counters, sinks, electricity, hairdryers and mirrors.
Once guests are parked in the plowed/private lot, there is no need to drive to downtown Breckenridge or to the ski area. The free shuttle stops at the complex and goes to both Peaks 8 and 9 and throughout the town of Breckenridge allowing visitors to keep cars safely parked at the development.
Finally, after a day of skiing, relax in the hot tubs or saunas located in 2 buildings in the complex, both just minutes from the building where our unit is located.
