The listing description and photos for this lovely condo are spot on! The location is amazing, and you're on the beach basically just crossing the street. Also provides access to hotel amenities, and is really like staying at the hotel, but much cheaper with less people! 10 minute walk to downtown Playa. The cleaning service was terrific and very detailed- we even had the option to request breakfast be prepared every morning! The property was spotless and very comfortable. The pool at the property is so beautiful and peaceful, and virtually unused by the few residents, so we had it to ourselves whenever we wanted. I would definitely recommend this property to friends looking for a relaxing, private vacation close to the beach and the action of downtown Playa, but far enough away to not be bothered by tons of people.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: We live in Houston, Texas and make a living around Real Estate. We are both from Mexico City and purchased this condo thinking that we would retire there some time, because it is a lovely place. We are still thinking about it but, in the meantime, we are going to allow other people enjoy this paradise.

Because Playa del Carmen has the best beaches in Mexico, the weather is always warm. The property is like being in Paradise, it is located in the best place and the maintenance is excellent. You will enjoy the pool.
