We love Golf and our vacation home at Trilogy. This house will one day be a more permanent place for us. So, Mary is especially particular about keeping the home clean and looking like a model home. While we work toward retirement, you can enjoy our house.
Mary is a Real Estate Broker in San Diego (Aviara Associates).
Why the Owner Chose Trilogy
We searched for many months for just the right location and home. Winds can be a factor in the Desert and we didn't want high winds - thus, the Santa Rosa Mountain Ridge that assists in blocking the high winds. The grounds were so beautiful at Trilogy and the facilities so outstanding that we could not resist buying. The Day Spa, Restaurants, learning center and sports activities just can't be beat.
The Unique Benefits of this House
This home has bedrooms on opposite sides of the house for privacy. I love the great room effect in the Living Area and the open kitchen with granite. We can cook and entertain. The Casita offers a special quiet space with separate bath, which is great for guests. The patio and yard are very comfortable and great for entertaining. We are very close to the community facilities and use the pools and work-out center often.

Yes - We have a covered back patio with a barbeque, seating, a fountain and a view of the mountains. No special golf discounts for tenants at Trilogy Golf Club.The main house is approx. 1356 sq.ft. - the Casita adds an additional Approx. 400 sq.ft. and has a separate entry and separate bath and wet bar.We do not negotiate rated during the Season (Jan - March). The rate is $3,500/Month. Trilogy can only accept rentals by the month. If you stay only a week, we cannot rent it for the rest of the month.
