Our pool villa is located in a lake community in beautiful BERKSHIRE LAKES only a few minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico and its endless beaches. Right outside this dreamy complex you will find the biggest and most modern PUBLIX supermarket in Florida.
Ambiente! Here you can fish in a lake, grill on the terrace, or just enjoy the peacefulness and clean air of the woods surrounding. Within walking distance you will find free tennis courts and fishing. Golf courses and boating also nearby.
Villa Barrington is a single house and consists of three bedrooms, two full baths, and a two-car garage with automatic door opener. From the luxuriously furnished living room you can access the terrace, picnic area, and private swimming pool. You can enjoy central air conditioning, ceiling fans, two telephones, stereo, two color cable televisions, washer/dryer, and intercoms throughout the house. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances; a refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice maker, electric stove/oven, microwave oven, and dishwasher. It is understood that the kitchen is furnished with pots and pans, dishes, toaster, and coffee maker. You will also find linens, towels, and beach mats. Surrounding the house is tropical vegetation.
Fort Myers Airport is only 25 minutes; Miami Airport approximate 90 minutes away.

Direkt außerhalb der herrlichen Anlage wurde Floridas modernster PUBLIX Supermarkt eröffnet.
Ambiente pur! Hier können Sie an den Seen angeln, sich auf Ihrer Terrasse ein saftiges Steak grillen oder sich einfach nur an der friedvollen Umgebung erfreuen und die wirklich reine Luft der nahen Naturlandschaft genießen. Gebührenfrei nutzbare Tennisplätze und Angelmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Reichlich öffentliche Golfplätze und jede Menge Wassersportmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Villa Barrington ist ein freistehendes Einzelhaus und hat drei Schlafzimmer, zwei vollausgestattete Bäder und eine Doppelgarage. Das Garagentor lässt sich automatisch öffnen. Von dem luxuriös ausgestatteten Wohnzimmer haben Sie getrennt durch eine große Schiebetür direkten Zugang zur Terrasse, dem Grillbereich und dem eigenen, beheizten Swimmingpool. Die Villa verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage (und Heizung), Deckenventilatoren, telefone, stereoanlage, radio, zwei Farbfernseher, waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, und Raumlautsprecher in der ganzen Villa. Die Küche ist mit den modernsten Geräten ausgestattet: Kühl- und Gefrierschrank mit Eiswürfelmaschine, Elektroherd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Selbstverständlich ist die Küche komplett mit Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Zur Ausstattung gehören auch Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Strandlaken, sowie im Pool-Bereich diverse Liegen, Gartenmöbel und ein Gasgrill.
