Heritage Palms - SUPERB 1,362 sq foot 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo unit is the place for you this season! The open floorplan of the Brookside model is far-and-away the most sought-after layout in the Veranda condominiums. With the professionally decorated breakfast nook and kitchen facing towards fabulous views across a 34-acre lake towards the aqua range and the main clubhouse, it is difficult not to love it here.
The lanai truly becomes one of your favorite places to be as it offers what we consider three key elements of any prime Florida getaway: morning sun in the lanai, afternoon shade in the lanai, and enough height to capture expansive views and a great breeze. Our third-floor condominium offers all of this and more.
Amenities abound at the gated Heritage Palms community - beginning with a fantastic, Azinger Lewis, 36-hole (only a $250 fee to transfer the golf membership), championship golf course on site.
