Heritage Palms - SUPERB 1,362 sq foot 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo unit is the place for you this season! The open floorplan of the Brookside model is far-and-away the most sought-after layout in the Veranda condominiums. With the professionally decorated breakfast nook and kitchen facing towards fabulous views across a 34-acre lake towards the aqua range and the main clubhouse, it is difficult not to love it here.
The lanai truly becomes one of your favorite places to be as it offers what we consider three key elements of any prime Florida getaway: morning sun in the lanai, afternoon shade in the lanai, and enough height to capture expansive views and a great breeze. Our third-floor condominium offers all of this and more.
Amenities abound at the gated Heritage Palms community - beginning with a fantastic, Azinger Lewis, 36-hole (only a $250 fee to transfer the golf membership), championship golf course on site. Add to this lighted tennis courts, gorgeous landscaping, ten heated pools (two within very short walking distance), two very active clubhouses with several dining alternatives, a jacuzzi and sauna.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and an adjoining master bathroom with matching decor and a glass/tile shower. Spare bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, a large closet, and a convenient full bath. Decor throughout is all "NEW" and tastefully done - even the laundry room has cheery wallpaper.
Although "PERFECT" is a very strong word, it may be quite fitting as everything in this entire condominium is new and it truly is fully equipped (including two new bicycles in the storage unit for your use). Enjoy not only the newness of the building and decor, but also the opportunity to meet others within Heritage Palms Building Eight who are anxious to meet other newcomers to the community.

We stayed at this place April-May 2011 for a month. What a great place! The owners were so easy to deal with, they responded within minutes to our emails and calls. The condo itself is very clean and cozy. Attention to detail is everywhere to make the guests feel comfortable. The community is very friendly and absolutely beautiful. We met a lot of people who were very nice and helpful. We would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a stress free vacation!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.
