About the owner: after graduating from UVA in the late '70s, I moved to the DC area and lived there for about 5 years. I realized that I would rather live in Charlottesville and moved back. I opened my restaurant, the Continental Divide, almost 20 years ago. I lived in this house for many years, and really enjoyed it's convenient location.
Why the Owner Chose Charlottesville: Clean: Totally renovated with all new furniture, linens etc.
Best Location: convenient to all of downtown, easy parking and access to 250 bypass for vineyard tours, while set in an exclusive, quiet neighborhood with yard and covered porch.
The Unique Benefits at this Bungalow: After enjoying sightseeing or a football game during the day, it is an easy walk to the downtown mall for dinner, drinks or a show.
