This quiet and secluded, one-bedroom cottage with additional detached artist studio is situated under stunning oak trees on Sonoma's oldest vineyard, Old Hill Ranch. The main building is a one-bedroom, 750 square foot, craftsman-style cottage which is newly constructed and nicely furnished. It features a full kitchen (Wedgwood stove), vaulted ceilings, fir floors, wood stove, queen bed, a full bath, and lots of windows with beautiful views! The large, detached, 300 square foot, artist studio features floor to ceiling windows with views of Sonoma Mountains and the Myacamas, a full-size bed, and a half bath.
In addition to making wine from the grapes off of Old Hill Ranch, our family also sustainably farms flowers and vegetables on 90 acres of adjacent lands where fresh seasonal produce is available at our retail store. The kitchen is stocked with the basics for cooking, including spices and dry goods, andd there is a beautiful herb garden just outside the kitchen. This is a special place! |
