Nestled between Rincon Beach Park and the world renowned Rincon Point surf break in the exclusive Rincon Colonies gated community, this spacious beautiful vacation home offers guests direct access to surrounding beaches and a luxurious, private starting point for exploring the Central California Coast.
Away from the crowds, but just a quick drive to Carpinteria, Santa Barbara and Ventura, Rincon Point is an ideal location for the perfect family vacation, surf trip or private retreat.
Thacher townhouse is a tastefully and comfortably furnished 2700 square foot 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home on three levels.
Upstairs is a large bright great room that includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, cozy living room with a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a dining table for everyone to gather around for conversation, games, or tasty meals. The adjoining rear deck has a gas BBQ and lovely ocean views perfect for entertaining. Also on this level is a master suite complete with private bath, walk in closet and a sunny alcove with a chase lounge just waiting for you and that special book. As the day moves into evening there is a romantic fireplace at the foot of the comfy king bed.
Tucked up a few additional stairs and overlooking the great room is a small loft space with two twin beds and game closet perfect younger ones in your group that want their own space, but don't want to miss anything!
Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large double car garage for storing boards, bikes and beach gear. There is also a washer and dryer for all those towels! One downstairs bedroom is furnished with a king bed and the other with two extra long twin beds. Each room opens thru sliding glass doors to the fenced back yard and private hot tub. There is an outside shower for your convenience and out the back gate and a just short walk down a lovely landscaped path is Rincon Beach.
The fresh sea breeze coming gently off the sand and through sliding glass doors is inviting you down to the world-renowned surf. Don't put off the fun too long...it's time to book your trip.

$1500 security deposit and reservation fee (less any damage or lost key charges) is refunded after stay. $350 Reservation fee is forfeit if reservation is canceled.
$350.00 Reservation fee due within 15 days to hold reservation. Rent, $1500 security deposit, 10 % County of Santa Barbara Occupancy Tax, and $175.00 cleaning fee due 5 weeks before check-in to confirm reservation. Reservation fee can be credited toward final payment.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Winter Holiday/Premium dates are $2625 a week/$450 a night. July and August Generally booked by the week/Saturday to Saturday. Contact manager for summer month stay quote. Summer short term nightly rate is $500 per night.
