This privately-owned Condominium located on the 6th floor has just been remodeled in a classic Mexican style, 1450 square feet. The building is located on Los Muertos Beach next to Molino de Agua, Rio Cuale River, and the new footbridge to the north side of town. The area is also known as Old Town and Zona Romantica. We are right on the beach; restaurants and shops as you walk out your front door. There is a large grocery store within two blocks of the building. No need for a cab or rental car.
This spacious, well furnished condo has two bedrooms - both with king-size beds, two baths, fully-equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room. Both the living room and master bedroom open on to the terrace that has an unobstructed 180 degree view of the ocean and beach from north to south. We ask that smoking be done on the terrace and not in the condo-thank you. (Sorry, the building allows no pets.)
