This property is very relaxing and comfortable! It is an upstairs, end unit condo, located on the beautiful PGA West Nicklaus Tournament Golf Course (home of the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic). It is MUCH larger than most rentals at PGA West, as there is a 'bonus' room located above the garage which adds over 500 square feet of valuable living space!!!
There are two (2) POOLS and HOT TUBS located within a half block of the unit!!! The patio/balcony overlook the fifth tee at the Nicklaus Tournament Golf Course, and make for enjoyable viewing throughout the day as golfers play through, or at night while barbecuing and looking at the beautiful illuminated mountains to the West. In addition, there is a two-car garage (with electric opener) for your use during your stay.
Inside you will enjoy recently updated furniture and amenities. New paint, new furniture, and new decorations help to make you feel at home during your stay. The kitchen comes complete with all appliances, utensils, and there is a large six seat dining room table next to the kitchen. There are five TVs (three in bedrooms, one in living room, and large screen TV in bonus room) along with VCRs/DVDs for your enjoyment.
The living room has a matching couch and love seat, along with a comfy leather chair. The bonus room comes equipped with two sofas, large screen TV, game table (cards, games, etc.), and desk for away from home business. Additionally there are books and games for your enjoyment, as well as a WIRELESS DSL/HIGH SPEED INTERNET connection!!
Each bedroom comes complete with King or Queen bed, dresser, night stands, closet, TV, and all linens. The bonus room has a pullout sofa to allow for kids, or extra guests to stay!

Why the Owner Chose Stadium
We enjoy the PGA West area as it isn't as busy/hectic as life up near 111 or I-10. The Views of the mountains and the peacefulness of the area are a great asset!

We enjoy going for walks inside the development, as well as easy access to soem of the best local golf courses.

We purchased this unit so that we could visit the California desert during the winter months. We have always enjoyed the Coachella Valley and all there is to do in the area. We still use the place as often as we can.

Our experience with this property was very good. The directions provided were good but since we were unfamiliar with the area we had a bit of difficulty finding it. This was complicated because our GPS gave directions to gates that were not open to everyone. The listing photos were a good representation of the property. The property was clean and fairly well maintained. It is showing some wear and tear. The Owner was excellent in providing helpful information. I would recommend the property to others. The property is well located for shopping, restaurants, and activities in the La Quinta, Indio, Desert Palms area (in this area you must have a vehicle). Overall a good experience.

Loved the condo. Great location and the size was perfect. The bonus room let us have a few activities going on at once without disrupting each other. Thanks. We plan on coming back next year.
