As you approach this home with its rock facade and leaded glass door, you and your group will realize that this is not your ordinary vacation rental. Once inside, the spaciousness of 3000 sq feet of living space will be apparent. The home features hardwood floors in the kitchen, dining room and hallway. The large carpeted living room with 7 skylights, numerous windows and a gas fireplace creates a wonderful venue for entertaining or just relaxing.
The home is set on 1/3 of an acre in the desirable North End of the Sunriver Resort with easy access to Highway 97. You are within a stone's throw of the 33 miles of biking/jogging/walking pathways and an easy 3/10 of a mile walk to the Woodlands golf course, tennis courts, and North Pool area.
You will find entertaining to be a delight with the fully equipped kitchen where every detail has been attended to. A brand new Weber stainless steel, full-size gas grill is provided to encourage participation from your resident barbeque expert. Sunriver boasts 300 days of sunshine a year and the 824 Sq feet of decking will provide just the ticket for outdoor entertainment.
When its time to relax, unwind in your private spa on the deck that will accommodate up to 6 Adults. It is maintained 2x per week so it will always be ready for carefree use by your group. Our upstairs convertible room will be a delight for your children as they amuse themselves with Playstation 2 (Bring your games), TV, Videos, or DVD and Foosball. Parents will appreciate this convertible area that will keep the children entertained so the adults can take advantage of the serenity of the surroundings. The garage boasts a championship PING PONG TABLE.
When its time to retire for the night, the assets of this home will really shine. We offer two king suites, both more spacious than you would hope. We take pride in providing an experience that will EXCEED YOUR EXPECATIONS by careful attention to the details.

Master suite is a very large bedroom with 1 king bed and bathroom with private Jacuzzi tub and stall shower. It also has private access to the outdoor spa and a TV and VCR. It also has a full size Fulton.
2nd Master Suite has a king bed, private bath, TV and VCR, private deck and access to the outdoor spa.
Queen Room is a spacious and bright room with huge closets and shared bath.
Queen/Twin Room is a spacious room with a queen size, high-end memory foam mattress and also a twin bed. This room will sleep 3 in comfort.
Convertible Room - By day it is a child’s delight with games, Foosball, TV, DVD and Playstation 2. By night, the day bed is a twin bed and the fulton folds down to become a queen size bed with a new premimun innerspring mattress. This room shares a bath with the Queen/Twin Room.
2 floor futons are provided that are suitable for children.
All towels and linens are provided for your stay and we endeavor to provide everything that you would expect in a 5-star resort setting.
This home was entirely redecorated in the fall of 2005 and was available for rent for the first time ever in Dec of 2005

We are owner-managed and committed to your satisfaction. Our goal is to develop a group of “Friends” that can share our wonderful homes in Sunriver and on the California Central Coast. My wife and I spend a great deal of time at both of our homes and have decorated and furnished them to be very comfortable for our use. You will not find old furniture, distressed cookware or sagging beds.
You will find upscale furniture, new bedding, new electronics, original art, high-grade towels and linens and many designer touches that make this home very unique. Our promise to you is that your experience will far exceed expectation. We pride ourselves on delivering constant improvement. Give us a try and you will be forever spoiled. THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL RENTAL HOME.
Summer Rentals will include 14 Recreation Passes for UNLIMITED FREE ADMISSION TO POOLS AND TENNIS COURTS. This is a savings of $10.00 per person per day. Most of the property managers charge an additional 5% Surcharge for this privilege.
