Welcome to our home in the tranquil North End of Sunriver. This Cypress Lane home is waiting for your arrival! Unlimited Pool and Tennis Passes for up to 12 people each day are Included at NO Charge!
As you approach this home with its rock facade and leaded glass door, you and your group will realize that this is not your ordinary vacation rental. Once inside, the spaciousness of 3100 sq feet of living space will be apparent. The home features hardwood floors in the kitchen, dining room and hallway. The spacious carpeted living room has vaulted ceilings with skylights, numerous windows, 51" big screen TV and a gas fireplace creating a wonderful venue for entertaining, watching movies or just relaxing.
The home is set on 1/3 acre in the desirable North End of the Sunriver Resort with easy access to Highway 97. Access to the 33 miles of biking/jogging/walking pathways is right across the street and the Woodlands golf course, tennis courts, and North Pool area are an easy 3/10 of a mile walk on the paths.
You will find entertaining to be a delight with the fully equipped kitchen stocked with all your cooking needs including an extensive selection of herbs and spices. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances including a large side-by-side refrigerator. There is also a second refrigerator in the garage. A full size stainless steel Weber Grill is also provided to encourage participation from your resident barbeque expert. Sunriver boasts 300 days of sunshine a year and the 824 sq feet of decking provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining and relaxing. Both the master bedrooms have their own private decks as well.
When its time to relax, unwind in the private spa on the deck that will accommodate up to 6 Adults. It is maintained 2x per week so it will always be ready for carefree use by your group.
Our upstairs den/5th bedroom will be a delight for your children as they amuse themselves with Playstation 2 (Bring your games), TV or DVDs and Foosball. Parents will appreciate this convertible area that will keep the children entertained and yet is removed from the main living area so the adults can take advantage of the serenity of the surroundings. The garage boasts a championship PING PONG TABLE.
When its time to retire for the night, the assets of this home will really shine. We take pride in providing a sleeping experience that will EXCEED YOUR EXPECATIONS by providing comfortable beds and very nice linens.
• The downstairs master suite is a very large bedroom with 1 king bed and bathroom with private Jacuzzi tub and stall shower. It has private access to the outdoor spa, a 37" Hi-def TV, DVD and VCR. It also has a full-size futon that makes into a double bed..
• The 2nd master suite upstairs has a king bed, private bath, TV and DVD, private deck and access to the outdoor spa.
• Upstairs queen room is a spacious and bright room with huge closets and shared bath.
• Upstairs queen/twin room is also a spacious room with a queen size, high-end memory foam mattress and also a twin bed. This room will sleep 3 comfortably.
• Upstairs den/5th bedroom - By day it is a child’s delight with games, Foosball, TV, DVD and Playstation 2. By night, the day bed is a twin bed and the fulton folds down to become a queen size bed with a new premimun innerspring mattress. This room shares a bath with the Queen/Twin Room.
• 2 floor futons are also provided that are suitable for children. A sleeping bag is provided for use with the futons.
All towels and linens are provided for your stay and we endeavor to stock everything that you would expect in a 5-star resort setting.

Thank you for the wonderful opportunity to stay in one of the best homes in Sunriver. Your home was not only comfortable but a true treat in the quality & care of the home.The lay out of the home was terrific that allowed all of us some great space to really enjoy ourselves.The furnishings were better than most 4 star hotels. This was just what we were looking for. We had 4 families stay here the week following labor day and there was some concern about space with this many people (8 adults and 8 children aged 6 months - 4 yrs) This quickly bacame a nonissue. The house was plenty big enough and the layout was great. Great access to the north pool and golf courses. Bike trails abound. Our kids had a great time riding bikes up and down the street and along the cul-de-sac. What an awesome time we had. Thank you so much!!

Five families (grandparents and adult children), two little ones (1-1/2, 3-1/2) and 19-year-old shared this house for a family get-together week (12 people in all). We loved the house and the location. It was very spacious on the first floor and the very spacious master bedroom on that floor was the perfect "quiet" place for grandparents when the noise level got to be a little high. The kitchen was furnished with every device and pot/pan and plenty of dishes and silverware to accommodate all of us. Also, the extra full-size refrigerator in the garage was terrific. We almost never turned on the TVs nor did we use the playstation, but the ping-pong table in the garage and the foosball setup upstairs were a hit with extended family's older children, who stopped by a couple of times to play games while adults visited. The beds were outstanding and we all slept very well. The only thing that didn't work as well as we had hoped was the sleeping arrangements for 5 families plus kids. We shuffled people around during the week after one couple left early and that was better. Ideally, the house would probably work best for 4 adult families plus a few kids in the game room. But, all in all, it worked out just fine. There were a couple of maintenance issues that needed to be taken care of and, when we informed the owners, they were aware of them and apologized that they hadn't had a chance to do so with back-to-back bookings at the end of the season. The owners were great to work with, however, and called us the first evening to see how we were doing. Since we will have one less family should we go next summer, we are definitely considering renting this place again. We loved biking, the pool nearby, the hot tub, the deer walking by the house twice a day and, most of all, the fabulous Central Oregon weather and scenery.

It was everything we wanted it to be and more! All of the owner's information about the home was accurate and they were very helpful in answering questions we has about specific issues. The layout was perfect for 2 families and the amenities were wonderful! We do hope to return to this home soon again.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful home for us to enjoy our stay in late June 2010. The home was very proximate to the North Pool, Fort Rock Park and convenient to all of Sunriver including the river loop. Our family had a great time and hope to bring our friends and family back next year. Your home was incredibly spacious (the two masters were very nice), clean, modern, and the free pool passes were very handy as we were swimming or playing tennis nearly every day. We sincerely appreciate the little things you provided, including spices, dish soap, extra paper towels, baggies, etc. which really made it feel like a home away from home. We didn't have run to the store to pick up many of the basics because you graciously had them ready for us (which unfortunately didn't occur on our stay last year at another home in sunriver). This house worked very well for our family reunion in late June of 09. We were 14 in all, 8 adults and six children ages 12-3. There was plenty of room for the whole group at once and private space as well. We liked the quiet cul-de-sac street in the north part of Sun River. It was an easy walk to the pool, tennis and golf. The well appointed kitchen allowed us to prepare some great meals. The young adults appreciated the wireless computer feature. The ping pong table, foosball, wide screen TV and hot tub were popular. The deck outside the kitchen is roomy. The owner and his managers were very easy to work with.

This house was the perfect size for our group. We had 12-13 people throughout the week we stayed and loved the large open living room area with the large screen TV. It was bigger than it looks online. Everything worked very well during our stay and we loved the location because it was very quiet yet close to everything we wanted to do. We would certainly stay here again when we visit Sunriver.

This home was a perfect fit for our large family gathering to celebrate a 60th birthday. Our party included 13 people from infants, young children, their parents and grandparents and this house was wonderful for one and all. Very, very comfortable, with lots of sleeping space and great amenities in every room. There was even a high chair, stroller and snow sleds! We all enjoyed the ping pong table, foosball and big TV, the PS2 and of course the hot tub. The house is very tastefully decorated, and feels like someone's home, not just a rental. The furniture was comfortable, the bedrooms were great (especially the master with the awesome jacuzzi tub!) and even the little things like towels that were thick, soft and plentiful, were well done. The owner made the rental process very easy, and responded immediately to our inquiry. The only part of the house that might be a bit small for a large crowd is the kitchen (which was still adequate and had plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils) and the deck, which we couldn't use due to snow, but is pretty small compared to the size of the house. Overall, our experience was one of the best rental experiences we've had, and should the opportunity arise, we would definitely rent this property again.

I would recommend staying in this home to anyone. The owner is extremely easy to communicate with and very helpful. The home is super clean, very roomy, light filled and so comfortable. Our family had time to reconnect and enjoy our time together without distractions. There are to many amenities and comforts to mention. You'll just have to try it.
