This was a great home. We have 4 families with young children in this house and it was the perfect amount of space. The owners were really great to work with and very communicative, especially when we had a bit of a snow storm the day we were suppose to arrive. We would definitely recommend this house.

Very nice home that was nicely equipped. New pingpong equipment is a must but kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Master bedroom was absolutely huge! Great home, I highly recommend your stay be here. Get ready to read a ridiculous amount of notes on every single thing in the house down to the toilets! Makes for a good laugh if nothing else!

Great end of summer get away

This was just what we were looking for. We had 4 families stay here the week following labor day and there was some concern about space with this many people (8 adults and 8 children aged 6 months - 4 yrs) This quickly bacame a nonissue. The house was plenty big enough and the layout was great. Great access to the north pool and golf courses. Bike trails abound. Our kids had a great time riding bikes up and down the street and along the cul-de-sac. What an awesome time we had. Thank you so much!!

Great rental!

Five families (grandparents and adult children), two little ones (1-1/2, 3-1/2) and 19-year-old shared this house for a family get-together week (12 people in all). We loved the house and the location. It was very spacious on the first floor and the very spacious master bedroom on that floor was the perfect "quiet" place for grandparents when the noise level got to be a little high. The kitchen was furnished with every device and pot/pan and plenty of dishes and silverware to accommodate all of us. Also, the extra full-size refrigerator in the garage was terrific. We almost never turned on the TVs nor did we use the playstation, but the ping-pong table in the garage and the foosball setup upstairs were a hit with extended family's older children, who stopped by a couple of times to play games while adults visited. The beds were outstanding and we all slept very well. The only thing that didn't work as well as we had hoped was the sleeping arrangements for 5 families plus kids. We shuffled people around during the week after one couple left early and that was better. Ideally, the house would probably work best for 4 adult families plus a few kids in the game room. But, all in all, it worked out just fine. There were a couple of maintenance issues that needed to be taken care of and, when we informed the owners, they were aware of them and apologized that they hadn't had a chance to do so with back-to-back bookings at the end of the season. The owners were great to work with, however, and called us the first evening to see how we were doing. Since we will have one less family should we go next summer, we are definitely considering renting this place again. We loved biking, the pool nearby, the hot tub, the deer walking by the house twice a day and, most of all, the fabulous Central Oregon weather and scenery.

It was everything we wanted it to be and more! All of the owner's information about the home was accurate and they were very helpful in answering questions we has about specific issues. The layout was perfect for 2 families and the amenities were wonderful! We do hope to return to this home soon again.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful home for us to enjoy our stay in late June 2010. The home was very proximate to the North Pool, Fort Rock Park and convenient to all of Sunriver including the river loop. Our family had a great time and hope to bring our friends and family back next year. Your home was incredibly spacious (the two masters were very nice), clean, modern, and the free pool passes were very handy as we were swimming or playing tennis nearly every day. We sincerely appreciate the little things you provided, including spices, dish soap, extra paper towels, baggies, etc. which really made it feel like a home away from home. We didn't have run to the store to pick up many of the basics because you graciously had them ready for us (which unfortunately didn't occur on our stay last year at another home in sunriver). Great vacation rental, lots of room, clean, easy to find. Wonderful for our large group no one felt crowded. I appreciated how well stocked the house was ie: pillows, bedding, utensils, etc. The kitchen had everything you need to cook for such a big crowd. Thanks

This house worked very well for our family reunion in late June of 09. We were 14 in all, 8 adults and six children ages 12-3. There was plenty of room for the whole group at once and private space as well. We liked the quiet cul-de-sac street in the north part of Sun River. It was an easy walk to the pool, tennis and golf. The well appointed kitchen allowed us to prepare some great meals. The young adults appreciated the wireless computer feature. The ping pong table, foosball, wide screen TV and hot tub were popular. The deck outside the kitchen is roomy. The owner and his managers were very easy to work with.

This house was the perfect size for our group. We had 12-13 people throughout the week we stayed and loved the large open living room area with the large screen TV. It was bigger than it looks online. Everything worked very well during our stay and we loved the location because it was very quiet yet close to everything we wanted to do. We would certainly stay here again when we visit Sunriver.

This home was a perfect fit for our large family gathering to celebrate a 60th birthday. Our party included 13 people from infants, young children, their parents and grandparents and this house was wonderful for one and all. Very, very comfortable, with lots of sleeping space and great amenities in every room. There was even a high chair, stroller and snow sleds! We all enjoyed the ping pong table, foosball and big TV, the PS2 and of course the hot tub. The house is very tastefully decorated, and feels like someone's home, not just a rental. The furniture was comfortable, the bedrooms were great (especially the master with the awesome jacuzzi tub!) and even the little things like towels that were thick, soft and plentiful, were well done. The owner made the rental process very easy, and responded immediately to our inquiry. The only part of the house that might be a bit small for a large crowd is the kitchen (which was still adequate and had plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils) and the deck, which we couldn't use due to snow, but is pretty small compared to the size of the house. Overall, our experience was one of the best rental experiences we've had, and should the opportunity arise, we would definitely rent this property again.

Your home was not only comfortable but a true treat in the quality & care of the home.The lay out of the home was terrific that allowed all of us some great space to really enjoy ourselves.The furnishings were better than most 4 star hotels. I would recommend staying in this home to anyone. The owner is extremely easy to communicate with and very helpful. The home is super clean, very roomy, light filled and so comfortable. Our family had time to reconnect and enjoy our time together without distractions. There are to many amenities and comforts to mention. You'll just have to try it.

Our family stayed in this home and loved it. The 5 bedrooms and 4 baths accomodated our 6 grandchildren and 7 adults very well. The foosball, ping pong and Playstation II kept the children and adults occupied. And the hot tub kept us adults in comfort! The open living area is great for a group and the bedrooms are very comfortable. We would definitely stay in this home again!

We had a great time in Sunriver and especially in this wonderful home. It easily accommodated our two families (8 people). It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the Play Station 2 and the hot tub. We will definitely be back!!

This house is wonderful! There's plenty of space to stretch out and relax, which is exactly what we did. The house is nicely decorated and very well appointed.
