Situated at Rivotorto, a little town on the declivities of Mount Subasio three Km from Assisi, the Villa is an ideal base for touring and exploring umbrian beautiful towns. Villa Rosy is a perfect rural location if you enjoy walking, hiking and wildlife. Moreover the view on the plain below is simply astonishing.
Garden, vegetable garden, herbs garden, fruit trees, barbecue, gazebo, swimming pool (from May 3, 2008 to September 27, 2008) and mountain bikes are at guests’ disposal. Paragliding school at 800 meters.
The original structure has been divided into two different apartments furnished and equipped to a high standard: MIMOSA and MAGNOLIA, both with independent entrance.
Apartment MIMOSA (eight beds): ground floor: a roomy kitchen with fireplace, a spacious sitting/dining room, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower; first floor: one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a luxury fitted bathroom with bath and separate shower, one twin bedroom; second floor: a lounge with satellite TV, sofas and fireplace, double bedroom, one bathroom with shower.
Apartment MAGNOLIA (two plus two beds): one double room, one bathroom with shower and a spacious kitchen with TV and full-size double sofa-bed. Wheelchair access. |
