Welcome to Honu Kai and the Big Island of Hawaii. Translated from the Hawaiian language, Honu Kai means turtle waters. We chose this name for the property because of the abundance of green sea turtles that reside in the waters surrounding Honu Kai and the Kohala Coast.
This traditional style, two-bedroom, two-bath, Hawaiian, beach cottage comfortably sleeps five people and boasts some of the most spectacular views along the Kohala Coast. Honu Kai has steps to the beach where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the northwest Kohala Coast. A panoramic view reveals an endless ocean in front of the house and large mountains dwarfed by the volcano Mauna Kea behind the property.
For those looking for more adventure the Kohala Coast is a paradise for ocean-related activities. World-class snorkeling, diving, and fishing can be found in the ocean directly in front of Honu Kai.

$500 Security Deposit at time of booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit is refundable up until 60 days prior to arrival.
$500 Damage Deposit at time of booking, refundable 10 days after ckeck-out.
