This is our four bedroom beach house that has two queen size beds, two twin beds, one trundle bed, and one futon bunk bed. The house has stove, microwave, fridge, wifi and cable TV. There is a large deck on the front of the house and a sitting area under as well as an outside shower. There is also a washer and dryer in the storage room under the house. We also have bikes and corn hole boards available....................

We are located less than a mile from the beach with a beach access at the end of Third Street, and two blocks from the sound with a park (on the sound) and a public boat ramp just a few blocks away. There is a grocery store, shopping, movies and resturants all located at Third Street and the Bypass Road, less than a half mile from the house. Threre is golf, putt putt, go carts and resturants all very close.

About the owner: I grew up in Chesapeake, Virginia, where I met my wife of twenty six years. This has been one of my wife's dreams to own our own place on the Outer Banks and we were finally able to make that dream happen.
Why the Owner Chose Kill Devil Hills: We wanted to be located in Kill Devil Hills because we enjoy being close to everything and really loved the area. There is so much to do and it is so close to all the activities that we enjoy.
