Love the location to the beach! Close enough you can enjoy the beach view from the indoors or on the covered porch. Few steps away from our favorite Ritz Carlton. Condo is very convenient to grocery, restaurants and downtown. Owner provides you with a very informative packet , wifi is free and he is available for all your needs while making your reservation. We enjoyed our long weekend and hope to visit again in the near future. Thanks so much! Indeed a great place to enjoy the beach and rest!

This was a beautiful condo located right on the beach. Directions made it easy to find and locate whatever we needed during our stay. We would stay again!

Most of this is in the information packet I mail to you along with keys and gate passes. But I like the personal touch.

What a perfect place for a girl's getaway weekend! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed! The view was spectacular and the location was perfect for enjoying the local restaurants and shopping. The owner was pleasant to work with and very helpful in answering questions. Girls Getaway

We loved everything. Great condo. Loved the view of the waves hitting the beach. Big balcony. We walked on beach in nice sunny weather, hiked, and enjoyed wine on the balcony. Restaurants that Bruce recomended in his welcome packet were excellent.

Eric, I am glad you enjoyed our oceanfront condo next to the Ritz. I agree that the location is perfect with the swimming pool right next to our building and the walkover the dune is right there at the pool. This allows you direct access to the beach. Thanks again. Bruce

We were in for a weekend, and the condo is great! It is a perfect location to the beach, the actual condo is fantastic, and the owner is easy to work with. If we ever make a trip back to Amelia I would work with this owner again.

We enjoyed just being at the beach and this wonderfully appointed condo. This is our second time in Bruce's condo and just love it. Wonderful host and owner. We played in the surf, swam in the pool conveniently located right next to Bruce's building.

This was our 3rd time at Bruce's condo. Lots of fun and leisure time. Just laid on beach. Had chairs, umbrella, and towels set up everyday by the Ritz even though Bruce provides 8 chairs for use in his outside owners closet that we had access to. Great condo. We will be back.

Our family spent 10 days the past two years enjoying this beautiful condo. The condo is perfect location with easy access to great resturants, stores, and a spa next door. The beach is great and there are many toys at the condo for play. Patio is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view while enjoying the ocean breeze. This condo is well maintained and Mr. Bruce is a wonderful host! Love, Love, Love this place... we will be back!

Perfect Location, Wonderful views

We recently (October 2010) stayed in this condo for a week while attending a wedding at the Ritz. The condo is very well designed, spacious and the location was perfect - right on the beach and right next door to the Ritz. Nothing like listening to the surf! The owner was fantastic to deal with and promptly refunded our deposit. Everything in the condo is very usable and it is very clean and well maintained, but it would be "excellent" if it was updated (like a unit where our friends stayed) with granite counter tops, new appliances, remodeled bathrooms and new decorating.

Fabulous Weekend

The condo is one of the best equiped condos we have stayed in for the 14 years we have been having girls weekends. The location in walking distance to the Ritz is fabulous. The balcony offers fabulous views of the Atlantic as well as being very spacious. Amelia is a short drive from the Jacksonville airport which makes for an easy commute for out of town guests. We ate most dinners at the house which was perfect for the 8 women. It would be nice if the pool was heated in the winter and spring months. I highly recommend this condo and Bruce is very easy to work with.

Great View! Plenty of Room!

This was our second stay in the oceanfront condo at Summerbeach. We love this condo because it has lots of room for our entire family. Eating, playing games, watching TV (movies etc.), doing puzzles and all kinds of activities are enjoyed while looking out the many windows at the ocean view. You can see the pool and dune walkover from the condo. A wonderful balcony is large enough for eating at the table and lounging with a good book. The master bedroom and bathroom are huge...again with wonderful views. The other bedroom/baths are towards the back and very private. The complex is top-notch. Bruce is great to work with. Fantastic place to make good memories!

Bruce, Thanks again so much for working with us and allowing us to change our reservation. Everything was as advertised, clean and spacious. The Ritz was nice to have right next door. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was generously stocked. Hope to do it again soon!!

With 3 children I am very picky about where I choose to stay for vacation. Close to beach , pool and shopping.This condo has it all! Easy access to parking and elevator, and the VIEW is unbeleveable! Nice patio you can look out over ocean and pool in comfy furniture. Very clean and comfortable I have found our vacation paradise!

This large condo is located right on the beach on the second floor overlooking the pool. Very Clean Well stocked kitchen.(utensils, dishes, etc..) Great Floorplan (3BR/3BA) Will absolutely book again!!
