Located at one of the world's top ten beaches, our unit is a corner unit with floor-to-ceiling glass in the living/dining room and sliders to 2 balconies. Tennis courts, beautiful heated pool, with pavilion and gas grill.We are 300 yards from spectacular Siesta Beach, rated one of the 10 best beaches in the world. The sand is pure white, the beach is miles long and the Gulf is turqoise with gentle surf that makes it perfect for swimming and ideal for children. You can walk to charming Siesta village along beach and enjoy gorgeous sunsets and sunrises while strolling the beach or riding your bike. Our condo borders a lovely residential area and there are no high rises around us. From our balcony you can see the Sarasota skyline in the distance. We have Wi-Fi, 2 color cable T.V.'s, laundry in unit, new furnishings and huge windows in each room flooding condo with sun. Master suite has Queen bed and its own full bath. Guest room has 2 twin beds and adjacent full bath. Fully equipped kitchen and linens. Balconies are furnished for enjoying the sun. We pay for cleaning service before you arrive and after you leave. There is plenty of free parking at the unit. You are also only 10 minutes from downtown Sarasota, with its fine theaters, beautiful shops, high quality art galleries and gorgeous harbor walks. You can rent a boat or go on a large cruise boat, complete with music and gourmet dining, through breathtaking Sarasota Bay. In town you can have dinner at an outdoor cafe or charming bistro visit the world class Sarasota library near by. There is also a 20 screen movie house, 4 bookstores, a Farmer's Market and evening strolls to visit art galleries and stores open for the occasion. St. Armand Circle on Longboat Key is close by and perfect for a day of browsing in elegant boutiques or dining in unique restaurants. The Ringling Museum and mansion as well as the Mote Marine Aquarium and Myakka State Park are all within an easy drive. Once you arrive, you will never want to leave!
