This room also has a private bath with a tub. The other staircase will take you to a large office area with a private, upscale sitting room featuring breath-taking views of the golf course.
To the left of the laundry room is the large den where your family can spend quality time together with a 46' TV and DVD player. If you are feeling a bit competitive, you can challenge your friends to a game of pool which is located next to the kitchen. This state of the art kitchen will be sure to please the chef in the family with Viking appliances and a gas range.
From the kitchen you can watch the kids swim in the top-notch covered pool. No expense was spared when creating this swimming meca, which includes a hot tub with a landscaped river that flows into the pool, an outdoor bar, 2 TV's, and built-in grill, and half bath.
Past the kitchen is a hallway which will lead you to a full bath on the right and queen bedroom. Further down the hall to the right is a queen master bedroom with a sitting area and full bath including a standing shower and double sink vanity.
On the left you will find another master bedroom with a king bed, 30' flat screen TV, and full bath with a soaking tub and stand-up shower.
From the foyer you will find another staircase which will take you to another queen bedroom with a private bath.
The pool and hot tub can be heated for an additional fee.
