This condominium is in the quaint Northern Minnesota city of Crosslake. The condo looks out over the sparkling clean waters of the lake for which the town is named. There is a beautiful westerly view over the water from the patio. This condo is part of Sundance Ridge.
There is a marina and also a private sandy beach for swimming or having campfires. There is a firepit and ample wood is available in the vast woods on the south of the property that also serve as a bountiful forest of privacy and wonder. We have a Pontoon Boat available!
Sundance Ridge is on the main street that goes through the city of Crosslake and a wide paved path that stretches for miles for walkers, bikers, and joggers. This path can take you to shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream, miniature golf, and many other local amenities, or it can take you into the beautiful lakes area woods and trails.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This condo is ideally located on the shore of Cross Lake. Yet we are within walking distance of the local restaurants, shops and bars. The large, spacious unit sleep up to 10 people so the whole family can stay together. And with such great amenities like the in-unit pool table, DirecTV with HBO, the available pontoon boat or the built-in gas grill on the patio, fun times can be had all throughout the day. Plus, the pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness room in the recreation building really set us apart from the other places to stay in the area. This family-friendly resaurant serve great pizza and food. It is fun for the whole family!
Moonlite Bay is a family restaurant by day and a busy bar by night. Pull your boat up to docks or walk here.
The Wharf is a get place to pull your boat up to and have a meal. They serve breakfast on the weekends too.
We had to put this in our points of interest becuase you have to stop and get a Blizzard or a cone on a hot day.
A newer development, the Town Square has a variety of shops and restuarants.
Reed's the local grocery store. It has everything you need to cook all your meals at your condo. There is also a gas mart and liquor store.

I have been coming up to Cross Lake and the Whitefish Chain of Lakes since I was a little boy. I decided to build these condos on the lake in hopes that families will take the opportunity to spend quality time with each other while having the ability to have a luxurious vacation close to home. I enjoy bringing my family up to Cross Lake now to get out on the water, grill some brats for a family dinner and roast s'mores at the fire pit before retiring for the night in the comfy condo. And in the winter we really enjoy the pool and hot tub!
