This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, overlooking the intercoastal waterway, Sullivan's Island and lighthouse, and the Charleston Harbor, is located at the Old Village of Mount Pleasant. Gorgeous wood floors in main area, tile baths, carpet in BR's. 1500+ sq.ft. means each room is spacious. It offers one King size bed in large master bedroom and one queen and one twin in second bedroom. It is comfortably prepared for sleeping 2 adults and 2-4 children, or 5 adults max.
Located less then 1 mile to Sullivan's Island Beach, 7 miles to Historic Charleston, schools & Musc complex, 12 miles to the airport, 2 miles to Shem Creek’s famous seafood restaurants, 4 miles to the Yorktown at Patriot’s Point, and 1 mile to Pitt Street Bridge.
The living area has huge windows with amazing views and is large and comfy. Adjacent Dining Room has wonderful antique table and chairs which look out on view. The kitchen has been completely remodeled since photos with all new bead board cabinets, granite countertops, and All new appliances, and is fully equipped with all but your groceries and has a large open pass thru window into DR, LR and (of course) the view.
This home is located in a quiet corner with no street traffic in one of Charleston’s top communities. We have beautiful pool and tennis facilities as well as a picnic, crabbing, and fishing dock out into the water.
Walk 1 mile to Sullivan’s island’s gorgeous beach and fun pubs, or 1 mile the other direction to Old Pitt Street Bridge, a 1000-foot pier, a favorite biking, walking, crabbing, fishing destination on the Intercoastal Waterway with incredible sunsets overlooking downtown Charleston. 2 full shopping centers are less than 2 blocks. There are five top golf courses within 10 to 20 minutes drive and many more 30-45 minutes.
One of our best features is that we are located in a much lower traffic area than most of the Charleston Area. Mount Pleasant’s Old Village is accessible to downtown and beaches without entering the main traffic areas of Hwy 17 which have become a burden to our city. Directions will be direct and simple and involve few complicating factors. This can make a serious difference in your experience.

I prefer renting direct to guests, establishing a personal relationship which generally results in greater guest satisfaction. We live 2 miles away, which allows us to address any problems quicker than rental agencies.

Susan, I wanted to email you and let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your unit during the bridge run weekend. You have thought of everything and we appreciate the special touches. It turned out to be the perfect spot for a Bridge Run weekend. We walked to the start line from the unit and found out we had plenty of time to spare (enough to sleep in a good bit longer as compared to staying somewhere downtown). We caught the bus afterwards and they dropped us off not too far from where we started from. Perfect spot. I will make sure to call you first for next year’s run. We hope to get back down in the near future and will keep your info to check on availability. Thanks again for offering such a great unit. Yes, it was hard leaving that little slice of heaven. I had lived downtown for about two years while in school years ago and worked in Mt. Pleasant while there. For some reason, I had never explored the ‘old village’ area of Mt. Pleasant until this weekend. I had no idea it was so neat and that neighborhood is an awesome place to explore by foot or bike. Hi Susan; We got home Monday afternoon and immediately wished we were back on the shore watching dolphins instead of looking at ice and snow on our lawn. We had a great time even when the wind was a little chilly. The sun was great and the only time it rained was a couple of times after supper when we were in for the night. Our family loved your townhouse! The location is incredible, and yet we were tucked safely in a quiet family neighborhood. We were close to everything Charleston has to offer. What an amazing city! The townhouse was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We will come back.
