    We spent a week in this lovely villa in April 2013. It was a pleasure dealing with Phil & Sue, the owners. They provided us with helpful information which was great as we were new to the area. It was also nice to know that Rob & Michelle were right across the street in case of any problems, but we did not need to call on them. We found that the pictures on the site did not do the villa justice because when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. The villa was spotless, well maintained, both inside and out, and was located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. It was very close to a supermarket, Walmart, and many restaurants, and close enough to the Disney parks and various outlet malls. We loved sitting in the screened lanai in the mornings before heading out for the day. It was also very convenient having high speed wireless Internet so we could use our computer equipment. The kitchen was well equipped, and all bedrooms were well stocked with towels. The master bedroom and ensuite were large, with a huge walk-in closet and more hangers than we needed :-). The bedrooms were carpeted, and the common areas were all in ceramic tile, which we loved for hygienic reasons. Everything was in good working order, and we appreciated the little extras like soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms, to get us started, coffee filters so we could make coffee on morning #1, and dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tabs were also provided. The next time we go to Disneyworld, we hope that this nicely decorated and comfortable villa is available because we would love to stay there again. We thank the owners for allowing us to stay in their home away from home.

    If you want a cozy villa with pool and jacuzzi in quite setting this is the place for you. We have vacationed in Clermont the last four years I wish we would have found this Villa our first year. Our niece pays college softball & this home was a 20 min. drive to the park and after a long day coming back to the Villa jumping in the pool & having a cold one with the quite surrounding was great. Check in was easy Rob has his phone number and email address in the welcome packet and, stopped by to make sure everything was going good. Phil the owner sent me a email welcoming us and safe travels when we left. The villa was very well equipped with everything that we needed, kept very clean, they even had dish soap and dishwashing tabs for us. I have stayed at several Villa’s none provided these and though it is a small thing that is what makes the difference. It had everything we needed it was like being at home The photos are accurate and the owners are a pleasure to work with even though they are far away. Plus they use the vacation home so you know it is kept in good condition. I loved having internet access, I was able to post pictures of the softball games so the girls could see their plays at the end of a long day. We had a great stay. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone who is planning a trip to the Orlando area.

    Our family of 7 stayed in this home for 7 nights. I cannot say enough, I have been bragging to all our friends and family of how beautiful this bright & airy home was. It is always very scarey renting a home online you never know if the pictures are accurate and if what you see is what your going to get. With this home you can be rest assured it is perfect and the pictures don't do it enough justice. When looking for a house, we wanted something that was going to be as close as possible to all the attractions. Well we got that right. The location was perfect, it was very easy to find every disney park, universal and sea world so easily. Shopping was also very close with a walmart, supermarket, gift shops and every kind of food imaginable from fast food McDonalds Burger King,to Red lobster & Olive Garden with many pizza places all within 5-10 min drive. The home was immaculate. We got use of the kitchen for breakfast every morning and our snack at night right after we had our nightly swim in the pool which felt so refreshing after a hot day. I must say also the kids loved the morning swim as well. All of the appliances were in excellent shape including the washer & dryer. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows, and all the rooms were quite spacious. There was plenty of linens & towels. There is a lovely view of the pond out back from the living room & deck. The couple who maintain the property stay right across the street which also made us feel safer. I must congratulate them for a job well done. Also I would like to thank the owners for sharing their lovely home with us for our stay. I will def. be referring this home to anyone going to Orlando. I am looking forward to renting this home for our next vacation to disney. Thank you!!

    My family and I have just enjoyed two wonderful weeks in the villa. It was a brilliant place for us all to meet up and relax after the hustle and bustle of the parks. As this was not our first visit to the area we spent several days just relaxing by the pool before going out to seek restaurants, shopping or entertainment in the evenings. The villa was very well equipped with everything that we needed, kept very clean, and had the added bonus of having the friendly management company just opposite gave an added aspect of security. I sincerely hope that I can return to the villa and its wonderful lake view in the not too distant future.

    We have enjoyed a wonderful vacation in this villa. Because the weather was very hot in July, we really needed the comfort this villa offers. The villa itself is situated in a quiet street overlooking a small lake. The villa meets all demands of comfort with ease. Everything you need is there. But it has much more than that. For instance: it has a huge HD-TV and really fast wireless internet. The pool is a real asset to the villa. It is very well maintained. The beds (how important) are big! and comfortable. And if you are looking for some entertainment...you are close by to everything. Disney is close, shopping is close, restaurants are close. So, we really did enjoy our stay. We have been in more villas but this one, we have enjoyed most. You just can see that it is very well taken care of. It is clean and inviting. We have experienced first hand that the management is there when you need them. There is only one thing we found a bit difficult...saying goodbye and going home again. Fortunately, we will come back again. Thank you Phil and Sue for letting us stay in your wonderful villa. We simply loved it.

    What a GREAT place. We stayed here for 7 days while visiting Disney Parks. The photos are accurate and the owners are a pleasure to work with. Disney parks are very close by, however the location of the home makes you feel miles away. Thank You for all your help and kindness you are very blessed to have such an amazing home. Thanks for letting our family enjoy it for what was a GREAT vacation.

    This house and the managers and owners are wonderful. We had a great stay. The place was kept up very nice. There was plenty amenities so there is everything that you need. It was like being at home. I hope to come back again someday and would be very glad to rent this home again. Thank you again for a great experience!

    I cannot rave enough on how impressed we were with this house! Our kids (ages 7 & 8) wanted to skip our last day at the parks to stay and swim! It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had! It was only about a 20 minute drive to/from parks. We have no complaints other than we had to leave to come back home! I could live in this house on a permanent basis!! House was immaculate and had everything we needed. LOVED the new tv in the living room! Our tv at home seems so small now! We are coming back in 2 years and plan on renting this house again! Thanks for EVERYTHING!!!

    This house is everything we could have wanted and more! Rob and Michelle, the property managers are right across the street and very friendly! Phil (the owner) even called the day after we arrived to make sure everything was ok. The pool was wonderful to come home to after a long day at the parks, and we even took a day off from Disney just to stay at the house and swim. I loved having internet access, I was able to post pictures of our vacation every day so all of our friends and family back home could see what we were doing on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone who is planning a trip to the Orlando area. It is only a 15 minute drive to the Disney entrance, and is very close to a Wal-Mart, Starbucks, several restaurants and more! If we ever find ourselves in the Orlando area again, we would want to stay in this home!

    The villa was was everything we expected and wish we could have made it a longer vacation! We could tell that you take great pride in this property and we made every effort to respect it as such; it was very clean and well equipped. No-one wanted to come home! I will certainly keep your information for future vacations and will recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in that area.     If you want a lovely villa with pool and jacuzzi in a tranquil and peaceful setting this surely has to be the place. Backing onto a lake with lots of interesting wildlife, you can t go wrong. Within a mile you have shops, bank, supermarket and a new Santa Fe steak restaurant serving delicious meals. A car is definately a must especially if you are visiting the Disney parks or shopping malls. We travelled up the east coast for 2 hrs to St.Augustine a picturesque Spanish style town, well worth visiting if you have the time. To Rob and Michelle (management team ) thanks for your help but to Phil and Sue the owners who we were fortunate to meet beforehand thankyou so much for allowing us to use your second home for the past 5 weeks. We had a truly wonderful and relaxing holiday.

    The holiday was fantastic lots if pics and beautiful memories . Was worth every penny and hopefully we will be taking you up on your hospitality yet again in the not too distant future. Rob and Michelle were very friendly, the house brilliant, and clean and just the little touches with place settings and fancy towels really made a difference. Thanks again for all your help, we probably wouldn’t have got there if it hadn’t been for your help. Would recommend it to anyone, first class.

    We stayed in this wonderful home April 16-26 2009. The owners were so nice and have thought of everything to make a vacation home complete. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and the house has lots of space. A binder is provided with lots of info on the house, the parks, beaches and other helpful tips. The management, Rob & Michelle, are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure your vacation is all you hoped it would be. They are close by if you have any problems or questions during your stay and their attention to detail shows in this relaxing home. The house was very well maintained and spotless. The location is great, it is a quiet, peaceful setting with a great view yet close to the parks, walmart, restaurants, and grocery stores. If you go allow yourself a long enough stay to have some days to stay at the house and swim, it was a real treat after exhausting days at the parks and something the kids really looked forward to! Thanks to Sue and Phil for sharing your great home with us and to Rob and Michelle for everything! We can't wait to come back. Denise and Chris

    We just returned from vacation and will never stay in a hotel again. You cannot beat the room and comfort of a house on vacation. You are not cramped in a small hotel room with kids. You have your own private pool. You can eat in for breakfast before you go. I loved that there was a Walmart and grocery store just 2 minutes away. There are a few close restaurants also. Was not impressed with the KFC though. Staff were rude and very slow. It took us 1 hour to go get take out and it is only 2 minutes away. The home was cozy. I did not like that we were rationed with garbage bags and dishwasher soap. I am sure many people have bought these items and have left some. I did. I don't mind replacing these items. I would definitely recommend this house to a friend. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. I really liked that we did not have to check in at a different building to receive the directions to the house or to get into the house. It saves a lot of time.
