This spacious 2 bd/2ba ground-floor end unit (approx. 1,200 sq.ft.) has been remodeled. Beautiful Hawaiian furnishings, new appliances, granite kitchen counters and bar area, new bathroom vanities with granite counter tops, beautiful bamboo flooring installed throughout the house this summer. This ground floor unit makes access easier for elderly guests and for transporting those heavy suitcases.
TROPICAL LANAI: The 400 sq. foot wraparound tiled lanai offers a lush tropical garden setting, view of the golf course, two patio dining tables, and a hammock to lounge on under the ceiling fan. Spend a few moments out here, and you'll instantly slip into that relaxed Aloha Spirit!
BEAUTIFUL BEDROOMS: Both rooms are beautifully decorated with brand new linens. The master bedroom has a new king bed, a sliding door directly off the lanai, and Japanese Shoji Screens. The second bedroom has two queen beds. For additional guests, there is a queen-size sofa sleeper. (Yes, it's comfortable!) All beds will give you a heavenly sleep with new memory foam pads. TVs equipped with DVDs are in each of the bedrooms.
GREAT LOCATION: Just five miles south of downtown Kailua-Kona, our condo is ideally located on Alii Drive in the gated community of Keauhou Surf and Racket Club.

This was an all round marvellous vacation experience. Bill and Shirley were a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and organized. The condo is fantastic, large, airy feeling and very clean, with everything you could want if you have a family with young children, including beach toys, tennis gear, and DVDs. The pool is spotless and the tennis courts great. Snorkeling at the near by beach is spectacular. Thanks so much for a great experience, we will be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

The hammock located on the lanai with the garden view was paradise. This condo had a huge amount of beach equipment. It was located slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Kona but close enough for its conveniences.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

Bill & Shirley, Thank you for making this Grandma's Dream come true!! Instead of gifts, trees, and Santa Claus, we chose this year to celebrate family through the time spent in your lovely condo. It was a huge success and when asked, my granddaughters agreed that they will still have this year's gift for the rest of their lives in the memories we created together...
