This spacious 2 bd/2ba ground-floor end unit (approx. 1,200 sq.ft.) has been remodeled. Beautiful Hawaiian furnishings, new appliances, granite kitchen counters and bar area, new bathroom vanities with granite counter tops, beautiful bamboo flooring installed throughout the house this summer. This ground floor unit makes access easier for elderly guests and for transporting those heavy suitcases.
TROPICAL LANAI: The 400 sq. foot wraparound tiled lanai offers a lush tropical garden setting, view of the golf course, two patio dining tables, and a hammock to lounge on under the ceiling fan. Spend a few moments out here, and you'll instantly slip into that relaxed Aloha Spirit!
BEAUTIFUL BEDROOMS: Both rooms are beautifully decorated with brand new linens. The master bedroom has a new king bed, a sliding door directly off the lanai, and Japanese Shoji Screens. The second bedroom has two queen beds. For additional guests, there is a new pillow-top, queen-size sofa sleeper. (Yes, it's comfortable!) All beds will give you a heavenly sleep with new memory foam pads. TVs equipped with DVDs are in each of the bedrooms.

The hammock located on the lanai with the garden view was paradise. This condo had a huge amount of beach equipment. It was located slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Kona but close enough for its conveniences.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Of all the rentals we have stayed in during our time on the Big Island, this was the absolute best. The accommodations are first class. The beds are very comfortable. Not usually the case in most rentals. It was very cool to be able to walk five minutes and be at our favorite snorkeling beach. Very nice digs. Very tasteful, and all the tools for cooking are there including a nice rice cooker. Parking was right out front of the unit. The photos reflect the appearance of the place, the property is clean and well maintained. The owner was helpful. The living room was comfy, not your usual rental furniture. Everyone we met was so friendly at the complex. You'll be lucky to stay here! Thanks Bill and Shirley!
