This spacious 2 bd/2ba ground-floor end unit (approx. 1,200 sq.ft.) has been remodeled. Beautiful Hawaiian furnishings, new appliances, granite kitchen counters and bar area, new bathroom vanities with granite counter tops, beautiful bamboo flooring installed throughout the house this summer. This ground floor unit makes access easier for elderly guests and for transporting those heavy suitcases.
TROPICAL LANAI: The 400 sq. foot wraparound tiled lanai offers a lush tropical garden setting, view of the golf course, two patio dining tables, and a hammock to lounge on under the ceiling fan. Spend a few moments out here, and you'll instantly slip into that relaxed Aloha Spirit!
BEAUTIFUL BEDROOMS: Both rooms are beautifully decorated with brand new linens. The master bedroom has a new queen bed, a sliding door directly off the lanai, and Japanese Shoji Screens. The second bedroom has both a queen and twin bed. For additional guests, there is a new pillow-top, queen-size sofa sleeper. (Yes, it's comfortable!) All beds will give you a heavenly sleep with new memory foam pads. TVs equipped with DVDs are in each of the bedrooms.

Email we received: Dear Bill and Shirley: We want to thank you for the use of your beautiful condo in Kona. What a great time we had!! Your home was all we could have asked for. It was so well equipped with everything that we needed. We felt right at home the minute that we opened the door. The hammock was a big hit. We almost had to flip a coin to see whose turn it was! The furnishings in the house were wonderful also! I loved your decor, the beds were comfortable....I could go on and on. It was our first time to the big island and the very first time to the islands for our sons and daughter-in-law. The weather was perfect! We spent a lot of time at "Turtle Beach" just down the road. Our friends were staying at a place overlooking that beach. We snorkeled a lot there. The boys wanted to find beaches for boogie boarding so we spent a lot of time further north at Hapuna and others. We spent the last day in paradise at Hapuna. I even tried the boogie board thing and tho it wasn't pretty I had a blast! I got to see the volcanoes on a day trip with our friends. The lava was dropping into the sea and we were able to hike out to a viewing point. It was awesome. It was cool to actually see all of the things that I have been teaching to fourth graders in science for years!!! Thank you again for a wonderful place to stay. We all had a great time and will have great memories forever. (The worst part was heading home....we stepped off the airplane in Portland to 37 degrees and now there is SNOW forecast for the weekend!!! I am still trying to warm up!!) What a great condo you have! It was like being at home except paradise here in Hawaii. We couldn't have asked for more; boogie boards, tennis rackets, and a golf course next door.
