The hammock located on the lanai with the garden view was paradise. This condo had a huge amount of beach equipment. It was located slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Kona but close enough for its conveniences.

Of all the rentals we have stayed in during our time on the Big Island, this was the absolute best. The accommodations are first class. The beds are very comfortable. Not usually the case in most rentals. It was very cool to be able to walk five minutes and be at our favorite snorkeling beach. Very nice digs. Very tasteful, and all the tools for cooking are there including a nice rice cooker. Parking was right out front of the unit. The photos reflect the appearance of the place, the property is clean and well maintained. The owner was helpful. The living room was comfy, not your usual rental furniture. Everyone we met was so friendly at the complex. You'll be lucky to stay here! Thanks Bill and Shirley!

Bill and Shirley, WOW, what a month! We were thrilled with our stay...clean, comfortable, LOCATION, tennis, pool, garden view (& love the hammock). We kept busy in the day doing lots of fun things but since were here a whole month, it really made a difference staying here. In fact we will be back next year for the month again! A few highlight were the zipline and snorkeling with the manta rays, both were incredible, but volunteering at the Ironman race was an amazing experience I'll never forget. Aloha Bill & Shirley, This has been one of the most memorable vacations ever! Your condo is equipped with everything making it so relaxing. We went snorkeling, saw the mantas being fed, went to Captain Cook's, saw the volcanoes and the National Volcano Park, and many other things. Email we received: Dear Bill and Shirley: We want to thank you for the use of your beautiful condo in Kona. What a great time we had!! Your home was all we could have asked for. It was so well equipped with everything that we needed. We felt right at home the minute that we opened the door. The hammock was a big hit. We almost had to flip a coin to see whose turn it was! The furnishings in the house were wonderful also! I loved your decor, the beds were comfortable....I could go on and on. It was our first time to the big island and the very first time to the islands for our sons and daughter-in-law. The weather was perfect! We spent a lot of time at "Turtle Beach" just down the road. Our friends were staying at a place overlooking that beach. We snorkeled a lot there. The boys wanted to find beaches for boogie boarding so we spent a lot of time further north at Hapuna and others. We spent the last day in paradise at Hapuna. I even tried the boogie board thing and tho it wasn't pretty I had a blast! I got to see the volcanoes on a day trip with our friends. The lava was dropping into the sea and we were able to hike out to a viewing point. It was awesome. It was cool to actually see all of the things that I have been teaching to fourth graders in science for years!!! Thank you again for a wonderful place to stay. We all had a great time and will have great memories forever. (The worst part was heading home....we stepped off the airplane in Portland to 37 degrees and now there is SNOW forecast for the weekend!!! I am still trying to warm up!!) Really enjoyed your condo. lots of room,you can really enjoy alittle a quiet time,nice furnishings,insde and out side for bbq.good location walk to excellant snorkling,or a short hill to shopping.we only did one tour ,but it was one of the best I have ever done.not real sure of the company name ,but sunlite on the water was part of it.Small boat for doing the maniray snorkling .they are really something to see.thanks the letting us rent in your condo.
