Relax in our beautiful beach home located on the private north end of the island of Clearwater Beach. This is NOT a condo. It is a private home all on the first floor. Only 300 steps to the sand! Split floor plan with master bedroom and private bath at one end of the house and another bedroom, bath and den at the other end of the house.
The master bedroom has a king-sized pillow-top mattress with a private bath.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The den has a queen-sized futon. Complete kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes/ect. We have two beach bicycles for your enjoyment. Our secluded tropical backyard has a small pond, 5 person hot tub and BBQ with a patio area.
Pack only your personal items and let the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico call you. Come and let the fine white sand sift through your toes as you walk on the sparsely populated section of the North Beach or go the other way and enjoy the tourist filled South Beach....people watch from your sand chair. The area offers some exceptional choices in terms of food and spirits. The pace can be as fast or as slow as you want it to be.

Year Purchased: 2004
As a child my family came to Clearwater Beach every year. I continued the same legacy for my two children. We finally bought our little slice of paradise in 2004. The island of Clearwater Beach offers the fast paced tourist attractions at the south end of the island and the relaxed pace at the north end. We ride bikes and experience very little traffic at our end. The beach at our north end is less populated and allows for better shelling. Since this is our private second home for 8 months of the year we have purchased some nice amenities that make life more like home. We would like to have people stay with us and not have to go to a store if they need to sew a button or want a game to play. We stock the house with many things that you need to just have a good time if you spend a month with us. I also like to leave starts of toilet paper, paper towel, coffee, tea, etc. It is no fun to just get into town and have to run to the store immediately. We would like our guests to enjoy this paradise as much as we do. We hope it will be a great memory for a lifetime.
Why the Owner Chose Clearwater Beach
The powdery white sand and the clear blue water make an unbeatable combination. We bought this little slice of paradise because there is not a more beautiful beach in the world. The house is located at the north end of the island and allows you some privacy. The traffic is low volume and it is perfect for riding beach bikes, walking on the beach, shelling or just relaxing.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The home is outfitted with some nice amenities. Since this is our 2nd home we have chosen some nicer things to enjoy. We have a full kitchen including juicer, blender, mixer, etc. We have games and novels to read and a few movies. We have a two car garage so if you have driven down you can put the car away and keep it out of the salt water air. Our four legged guests really love our backyard. It is totally fenced with a very large patio area. We treat the lawn for bugs. We leave our guests items that are useful like papertowel, sewing kit, dish detergent, coffee, cofee filters to get started. You get the idea. Replace what you use but it is nice to have all of these things tp start your months stay rather than moving into a place with nothing there.
