The Park City area is one of the nations premier ski destinations and host to the 2002 Winter Olympics. It also is the home of the world famous annual Sundance Film Festival which is universally regarded as the foremost showcase for American independent films. The town is filled with artist, film-makers, musicians and actors. Historic Park City was founded by silver miners and offers an abundance of unique shopping, 80+ restaurants, bars, and clubs as well as art galleries, theaters, and a stop for those genealogy enthusiast.

It is a wonderful vacation destination for Winter, Summer and the beautiful Fall colors! Be sure to check out the activities listed below.

Our beautiful Red Pine condo is located just a short 35 minute drive from the Salt Lake City International Airport in the Wasatch Mountains and at the base of Utah’s newest and largest mountain resort, The Canyons! Within 5 miles there are also 2 other premier ski resorts…Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley. That’s over 8,550 acres of terrain and over 9,290 feet of vertical within 10 minutes of our condo. There are seven more ski areas within an hour. You could ski for ten days and never see the same run twice.

The perfect location – Close to the airport, 3 large ski resorts… and an average snowfall of 355 inches.

From the condo you can walk to the FREE Canyons shuttle (.3 mile) or to The Canyons Cabriole Lift (.4 mile) that will take you to the base of The Canyons. The shuttle will also take you to the City Bus stop. The City buses are also FREE and can take you to anywhere else in Park City you would like to go.

ABOUT OUR RED PINE CONDO:
When we bought the condo we remodeled almost the entire space. Just about everything is newer than January 2005. Unlike other Red Pine units we have made construction changes that make the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms more private!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to have family meals “at home” including a large selection of seasonings, foil, plastic wrap, coffee, hot chocolate, tea and more. All linens and towels are provided for your stay. There are hair dryers for your convenience in each of the 3 vanity areas.

There is a 32" TV with DVD player and a stereo in the livingroom, a 23" TV with DVD player in the master bedroom and a 26" TV with DVD player in the 2nd bedroom. All are hooked up to cable.
There is a VCR stored in the front closet just in case you need one. We also provide several games for your enjoyment.

There is a king bed in the master, 2 queen beds in the second bedroom, a bunk with a full bed on bottom and a twin on top in the 3rd bedroom/loft. There is also a twin roll away in the 3rd bedroom/loft. Each bedroom has a humidifier, extra blankets and pillows. There is also a Pack & Play for babies to sleep/play in, a high chair and an umbrella stroller.

Smoking on the outdoor patio only and Red Pine does not allow pets on the property.

THE RED PINE CLUBHOUSE (approx. 220 steps)
* Hours: Winter - Thanksgiving to April - Noon to 10 p.m.
Summer - June to September - 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

THE CLUBHOUSE IS CLOSED FROM THE 2ND WEEKEND IN APRIL TO MEMORIAL
DAY AND FROM THE 2ND WEEKEND IN SEPTEMBER TO THANKSGIVING FOR
REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE.

DIRECTIONS:
* From the airport take I-80 East through Salt Lake City. ( I-80 merges with I-15 )
* You will now follow I-80 East for about 15 – 20 minutes and take Exit #145 Kimball Junction / Park City
* This exit is the main road that enters Park City and The Canyons. You will be on SR-224.
* Follow 224 for two miles from the exit and take a right at the stop light on to The Canyons Resort Drive.
* Continue a short distance up to the Red Pine Condos entrance on the left which is Chalet Drive.
* Turn in the 3rd parking area on your left. Look for Building L on your left, unit 8. Follow the sidewalk straight to the stairs. You will go up 7 steps, hit a landing, up 8 steps and YOUR THERE!

  • Jo's condo at The Canyons was great for our group. We had 6 adults stay for 5 nights and the layout of the condo lent itself perfectly to our set-up (family and friends). Plenty of room, two full baths and kitchen large enough to cook for a large group. Plus, the kitchen comes furnished with the basics, which is a big plus. The location in Red Pines was also ideal for our ski vacation: a short walk to lifts at The Canyons, but also a central location in Park City for excursions to Big & Little Cottonwood Canyon or even hour + drives to Snowbasin.   • We were so pleased with this condo. Jo is the perfect host from afar. Truly home away from home. The personal touches, fully stocked kitchen, peaceful quiet setting and great location made it 5 star. The beds are so comfy, from the bedding to the mattresses. We slept like babies. So the kitchen isn't stainless, but the extra's are so worth staying here. Really glad we stumbled on this condo...will return when skiing in UTAH. Gratefully, The Webb family.

  • Our second visit to Jo's condo. First stayed in 2006. Once again found the accommodations to be top notch. Tremendous value. Very convenient location. 100 yard walk to the fantastic heated pool and hot tub. Everything we needed was available for any cooking we wanted to do (only breakfasts). Jo is extremely easy to work with. Can't wait to come back next year.

  • i highly recommend for a group of 8 or less staying at this condo. everything you need is stocked. and the location is great. 35 minutes from airport, and less than an hour from all resorts. canyons is walkable, and park city is 3 miles away.

  • Your condo was wonderful. Great location, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, Club House is being remodeled but looked fantastic so we will have to come back and try it out. We enjoyed watching the Hot Air Balloons one of the early mornings from our windows. The was plenty of room for our family of 5, kids loved it. thanks for all your assistance Jo.

  • We were very comfortable in the condo. The beds were top of the line, very comfy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and the grounds were very well kept. No view though from this condo. The "2nd bedroom" is not private, it's a pass through for a bathroom and the loft, we didn't realize that. It's fine for kids upstairs but if adults want a "2nd bedroom", this isn't it. We would stay there again. Owners were easy to work with.

  • We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The pool complex and club house were wonderful after a long day of softball and there was a great wi-fi connection there. The unit has a beautiful balcony surrounded by trees, my son said that it was like being in a tree house. It was a peaceful, private place. We also really appreciated the stocked kitchen since we didn't have to run to the grocery store right away.
