This is a great condo for any medium sized group looking to enjoy all that the Park City area has to offer. We had seven adults with us and found the condo to have plenty of room and really enjoyed the amenities including the porch with BBQ grill, wifi, and the condo's clubhouse with the hot tubs, heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. We have rented many times off of vrbo and Jo does a great job as an owner / host and even provided us with a lot of extra information, including where to buy lift tickets, etc. This is a great value and good location for the Canyons and Park City.

Super clean. Stocked as though you were in your own home. Conveniently located. roomy. comfortable. Easy owner to deal with. Everything works. If you want brand new Ritzy accommodations at Ritzy prices, go somewhere else. If you want pleasant and comfortable at reasonable price, this is the place.

My family and I loved the accomodations and location of being near the base of the Canyon's Ski Resort. Park City hotels can be rather expensive and I was very pleased to find a more affordable alternative with this rental. Like others, I'm quite nervous about renting site-unseen, but the owner's photos, rental description, and her availability to handle questions/concerns helped put me at ease as I made the decision to reserve the unit. When I arrived at the unit, everything exceeded my expectations and allowed my family to enjoy an affordable and attractive ski vacation home-away-from-home experience. We loved the unit and we will definetely be reserving it in the future. I loved the fireplace in the livingroom and the condo stayed toasty/warm despite the single digits temperatures and snow outside. My nephews enjoyed the sauna, heated pool, and spa. Whole Foods, other food markets, Walmart, and a variety of restaurants are nearby. We loved the Cabriolet or peoplemover for getting to the Canyon's Resort (so close). All together it was a fun time made even more enjoyable by our sweet accomadotions. Many thanks to Jo!

We stayed here for a week after a conference. We found it quiet (except for one morning with early construction noise), comfortable, and clean. We were particularly impressed with the supplies in the pantry as well as cleaning and paper goods. That made it feel like staying in a home rather than a mere rental. Several days were hot so it was a little hard to cool the upstairs even with nice ceiling fans. We had very good meals at the Farm and several Park City restaurants, also did hikes in the Uintas and used some of the non-mountain bike trails up the mountain. It was a delightful place to stay. Jo was easy to work with and prompt in her e-mail responses. I'd recommend this to others.

This Red Pine condo was so well stocked, organized and comfortable, that we didn't want to leave. It is tastefully decorated in a mountain theme with ample space for our family of five. This unit has a great location across the street from the pool. Another bonus is that it is very well shaded by tall pine trees which makes it quiet and keeps it cool on the very hottest summer days. The condo owner was most accommodating in all my dealings with her. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative!

We found this condo very accomodating, and very spacious. Price was very good, we actually got a great deal compared to what everyone else paid for the week at other places. The pantry was stocked very well. Jo was so easy to work with when our days changed, and when we asked to check in early. If we are ever back in Park City, I will definately be booking again. The squirrels were an added bonus every morning.

Convenient with potential

We just finished our stay here (5 guys on a late spring ski trip). Nice unit in the Red Pine Condominium complex, very conveniently located to the Cabriolet lift to the Canyons Resort. The unit is obviously old (as is the whole complex), and could use new kitchen and bathroom facelifts, but for a rental, they are serviceable. PROS: - You can literally ski to the cabriolet out the back door of the unit - 6 guys can sleep and stay comfortably - Clean well-kept unit - Fast high-speed internet with WiFi CONS: - Horrible shower heads. After a day of skiing you want a strong hot shower. Water pressure is fine, but the shower heads were made in the 1970's and desperately need to be replaced - Cable television: only basic cable, and SLC's basic cable has only locals, 4 hispanic stations, 4 shopping channels, and 2-3 other boring channels nobody wants to watch. Desperately needs digital cable so guests can watch ESPN and news stations and other interesting channels. TVs are also very old - need to be replaced. All in all a pleasant stay, and if the owner makes the two above improvements we would definitely return. If not, we would not.

Just to add some facts regarding the review to be proactive in letting people know more about the property: * Property was built in 1979. I agree it is an older property, however, is very well maintained. * Kitchen and Bath (and entire unit) did have a facelift and all new appliances and furnishings in 2004 when I bought it and did a total remodel and it only is occupied roughly 100 days a year. * Shower heads were actually purchase new last year and I was not aware of anything being wrong with them. They are being changed out again this week. * I did not realize cable was a problem either. We currently have a 30 channel service, however, I have ordered an upgrade to the 80 channel plus on-demand service to be installed this week. * TV's were purchased new in 2004 as well and although they are not flat screens, I believe they work perfectly. I did not realize you could ski to the Cabriole Lift from the back of the unit. Thanks for sharing that tip. :-)

This spacious and warm condo easily accommodated a family of four which included two adult children. The loft area was configured to have a private third bedroom. All beds were large and comfortable. A big plus was the availability of internet access. Pleasing amenities and personal touches create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend this condo if considering accommodations in the Red Pine complex. Jo was a pleasure to transact business with.

Great Place in Canyons

We had a great time here. The place is great for a small group of people. There isnt a lot of room, but definitely enough to enjoy a good time at the Canyons (size 8 ppl). Great location. Close to the clubhouse. Would definitely go back here, maybe with a group of 6 is best or 8 with kids. Definitely appreciated the flexibility that was given to check in earlier and leave a bit later, since no one had booked the place the day before and after us.

We loved the condo. It had room enough for everyone and the furnishing were very nice and comfortable. THe kitchen had everything you needed and enough bathrooms so no had to wait in line. THe owner is very accomadating to make sure everything is in place for your visit. Great location to hit the slopes or to drive into Park City to eat. Can't wait to go again. Just need time off work.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. With two teenage daughters, having the separate bathroom upstairs was ideal! The unit was very well furnished. One night my daughter wanted hot chocolate which of course I didn't bring so it was nice to be able to find some in the pantry. On Sunday morning the sun was shining through the sliding glass window when suddenly the room got dark. I looked out the door and there was a huge hot air balloon floating right past our condo. It was so close that I could have hit it with a rock. We ran outside to take pictures and saw that there were actually three of them sailing past. This was a great condo especially for the price. Thanks for letting us stay there.

We loved our stay at Red Pines. It was furnished with everything we needed and it fit our family just perfect. With 5 beds, there was no crowding for sleeping. It was great. Just returned from a great stay at the condo. Worked great for our group of 6. Everything was as advertised. Found every utensil, bowl and spice we needed. The clubhouse was great and the walk was easy. The big pool was perfect temperature. Remember to bring your beverages in plastic cups.

Hi Jo, Just wanted to let you know that your condo was great. As you know we've stayed at Red Pines many years starting in the 80's (before the internet) when my brother-in-law, a pilot for Delta let us know that many Delta employees had boght condos there and posted availability among their fellow employees. We loved the location (before the Canyons) when it was Park West, because it was easy to get to from the airport, had 3 mountains close by, and several others within an hour's drive. The clubhouse was the clincher. After we lost our Delta connections, we started renting through Management companies such as Resort Quest which was fine except their so-called "silver units" were not so great and now we can say that they were quite inferior to yours. Thank you for having a great place! My husband & I are fussy and appreciate when attention to detail is made. I know that everyone has mentioned the comfort of your beds and we do agree. We have a king bed at home and it was nice not to be sinking into the middle of an old double or queen bed. The only thing we missed in the middle of the bed was our 100 pound yellow lab! Our 26 year old son enjoyed the entire loft this year. Often, he brings a friend or we bring 1 or 2 friends. The internet access in the unit was a plus. Over the years, we had to go to the clubhouse for that. My husband loves to cook. Some years the cooking utensils were so sparse we only cooked breakfast and 1 year we actually had to go and buy a decent skillet. This year we cooked 3 nights. By the way we didn't use the grill. We had 2 families stay in this condo. 9 people. It was great. It stayed nice and warm, plenty of hot water for showeers, quiet area, easy access to the Canyons. The condo is well stocked for cooking at home instead of eating out every night. TVs everywhere which fit all needs for relaxing at night time. Great stay.

It was my birthday, and I wanted something close because my daughter was preganant and due within days! I couldn't believe it, it was like home away from home, there was nothing we lacked! From the high chair to the play pen to the pots & pans, ketchup, syrup, sugar, oil, and the great grill, even the weather was perfect. My husband left wanting to buy a place just like it in Park City, which is our favorite "getaway" !! Our family went to Park Silly on Sunday, we all went horse back riding, which was amazing, we went to Swiss Days, in Heber, we all ran the Alpine Slide. We had company join us from Detroit & they absolutely loved it! We will surely book with Jo again! You were easy to get to & wonderful to work with! They even had books to read and movies for us to watch, home away from home !!

We loved our stay at your condo. Jo, you said it was well stocked and you were right! The only thing we really missed was a bigger cheese grated. We also could have used a garlic press and a citrus zester, but we adapted just fine. The pools were great and the setting is absolutely beautiful. It was very close to the bike trail that took us into town where we did the "Rails to Trails" bike ride. My kids slept upstairs and could have used a cooler of some sort. The fans didn't quite handle the heat. But even considering that, we are planning on making this an annual event for our family. Thanks again!

We really enjoyed our stay in your Condo. The kids loved the clubhouse and pool, which is only a short walk away. The deck off the living room was a nice place to cool off and relax and the divided room floor plan provided enough privacy for our large mixed group. We hope to be back next summer!

Jo's condo at The Canyons was great for our group. We had 6 adults stay for 5 nights and the layout of the condo lent itself perfectly to our set-up (family and friends). Plenty of room, two full baths and kitchen large enough to cook for a large group. Plus, the kitchen comes furnished with the basics, which is a big plus. The location in Red Pines was also ideal for our ski vacation: a short walk to lifts at The Canyons, but also a central location in Park City for excursions to Big & Little Cottonwood Canyon or even hour + drives to Snowbasin. We were so pleased with this condo. Jo is the perfect host from afar. Truly home away from home. The personal touches, fully stocked kitchen, peaceful quiet setting and great location made it 5 star. The beds are so comfy, from the bedding to the mattresses. We slept like babies. So the kitchen isn't stainless, but the extra's are so worth staying here. Our second visit to Jo's condo. First stayed in 2006. Once again found the accommodations to be top notch. Tremendous value. We were very comfortable in the condo. The beds were top of the line, very comfy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and the grounds were very well kept. No view though from this condo. The "2nd bedroom" is not private, it's a pass through for a bathroom and the loft, we didn't realize that. It's fine for kids upstairs but if adults want a "2nd bedroom", this isn't it. We would stay there again. Owners were easy to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The pool complex and club house were wonderful after a long day of softball and there was a great wi-fi connection there. The unit has a beautiful balcony surrounded by trees, my son said that it was like being in a tree house. It was a peaceful, private place. We also really appreciated the stocked kitchen since we didn't have to run to the grocery store right away.

Jo, your condo is the best! Thoroughly stocked with pots, pans, celophane wrap, condiments, spices, blender, toaster, coffee maker, even a large cooler (which we took daily on our hiking trips to Antelope Island, Big Cottonwood Canyon, Provo Canyon, etc. The bedrooms (and beds) were wonderful. We cooked on the grill on the patio. In a phrase, it was "home away from home".Our son recently moved to Park City and this was the first time in quite a while that the whole family was together on a vacation. Everyone had a blast, in no small part due to the fantastic accommodations. We had summer weather for half of the week and winter weather (including snow) for the second half. It was great! We had a wonderful time. The condo offered perfect accommodations for the six girls on this trip. The skiing was outstanding. The "people mover", just a short walk from the condo, took us directly to the lifts. In the evening, we took a short drive to Park City and enjoyed several nice restaurants and fun shopping. it was a wonderful week--we want to make this an annual trip!!

We had a great time! The condo was wonderful! It has everything that you could need and more. It was so nice to be able to grill our dinner. We were very pleased with the condo, very clean and plenty of t.v.'s to watch.I have never stayed in a condo that was so well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could ever need to cook. We brought up a crock pot, to find out there were 2 in the pantry. I would stay there again for the price and location was great. We went in July and the upstairs was a bit hot, that was the only complaint I could say. Highly recommend this condo.

We enjoyed the condo and loved the cute moose decorations. The kitchen was easy to cook in and we did alot of that. Great view and a wonderful place to rest and relax. We took great walks in the hills above the condo. The shopping in Park City is so much fun and the restaurants are fabulous. We love the fly fishing!
