Property is lovely, great location, the vegetation was gorgeous and well maintained. The pool was a nice feature, and the area around it was great for hanging out. The cottage was sorely lacking on many levels. It was not very clean... furniture was dirty, floors had sand and hair on them when we moved in, there was coffee on the dishwasher door, there was visible dust on baseboards, trim, fans, etc. The toilet was loose, when you sit on it, it moves. The refrigerator sounded haunted, making light howling noises all the time. The heater didn't work, we happened to be there during a cold spell, and there were no extra blankets. There was laundry left in the machines for at least three days straight, it was towels and such, housekeeping laundry? Halfway through our stay, we lost internet service and it never returned, even though we called the owner. The grill at our cottage never worked, it wouldn't stay lit. Advertising says there is a phone for local calls, we didn't need it, but it wasn't there. The kitchen was not well equipped. There were no big spoons, etc for cooking, there was one skillet that had teflon coming off, no wine opener, no decent knife (actually a couple with broken handles in the knife block), a 1/4 roll of paper towels, no coffee filters, soap, or kitchen towels! Housekeeping and maintenance staff were nice, pleasant, and helpful as best they could be, but it seemed like they lacked the ability (or authority?) to do much about issues. Far above all the other things, was the fact that there was one, only one (waterlogged), kayak. The free use of the kayaks was a HUGE factor in our rental decision. We ultimately rented them at extra cost. We requested a refund to offset the unexpected rental cost, to no avail.

Mat (Long Island, NY) Date of arrival: February 5, 2012 My wife and kids loved this place..Owner was always available and very Polite on the phone for any questions. The Unit was clean, Kitchen was nice with all utensils. Even though it was not listed there was WiFi available. Violet, the cleaning lady always wants to help. Tony the handyman was cool.,I went on a party boat fishing from keywest and brought back 60 fish fillets one day (snappers & grunt). second day i went with paradise fishing charters key west and caught a 25lb King Fish. I wish there was a Fish Cleaning Station in the property .The Pool was good, there was a kayak which we could use.I wish if they had a fishing pole i could use, I could not get my Fishing gear on the plane. Next time i will rent a boat and go fishing. I will defnitely go back again..

Checked in December 22,2010 and had a great time immediately. Owners are very nice and a wealth of knowledge for the entire area. Gave recommendations on where to eat and have fun. Cottages are clean with heating and cooling. The views from the property are awesome. The pool is very nice to relax in for the times you want to do nothing but enjoy the views of the bay. Located in the perfect place in my opinion between Key west and Bahia Honda state park which was an amazing place to visit for the day. The property also had room for boat parking and if you want to kayak from the property you could explore the bay without a problem. You can fish from the pier and catch all sorts of fish, I did and caught six different types of fish including a barracuda and a gar. The property is quiet with a great tropical feel and atmosphere. Easy to get anywhere you want in a short period of time. We stayed for a week and my daughters aged 9 and 14 had a blast. If you have never visited the keys and always wanted to in my opinion this is the place to rent. The whole family had fun, it is centrally located in the lower keys so it is not far from anything. Last but not least it was nice to be able to cook your own food in the fully furnished kitchens in the cottages, it seemed to make the vacation slow down and be more enjoyable than having to go out to eat all the time. If I get the chance I will go back and visit THE TROPICAL BREEZE CONCH COTTAGE on Cudjoe key. Thank you Micheal and Soo for an unforgettable Christmas vacation.

My family stayed in the cottages and found them to be very clean and updated. Beautiful sunsets from the dock and great fishing. Owners went out of their way to accomodate our every wish. Very nice property.

It felt like 'Home Away From Home'. They were so accommodating. We loved kayaking, letting the kids fish and play in the yard with the swing set and your beautiful yard. We had such a great time. You are so centrally located to do anything... Your property was so plush and beautiful. The sunrise was spectacular from the docks! Thanks for the great memories!

There was a comfortable "at home" feeling. The cottage was clean, nicely decorated and spacious. Michael was a wonderful host and made us feel at home. The location made it easy to enjoy the property and local boating, but was close enough to Key West to visit the attractions there very easily. We really enjoyed having the pool to return to on the property.
