The large lounge (living room) overlooks the gardens and private pool. There is T.V. with 18 English speaking channels and a CD with radio and cassette tape.
There are two bedrooms, one double with en suite bathroom (shower, toilet, and wash hand basin) and one twin with 2 single beds & a balcony overlooking the gardens & pool area. There is also a second bathroom with bath, shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Both bathrooms have thermostatically controlled bath and showers with state of the art recessed lighting.
Within a 5 minute walk from El Paraiso Golf Club, this condo is also just a five minute drive from Guadalmina, Atalaya, Monte Mayor & Los Flamingos Golf Clubs as well as superior clubs, Valderama, Sote Grande, San Roque, and Almanara, all within short driving distance. VISIT PUERTO BANUS, the yachting and boat capital of Europe and view magnificent luxury vessels berthed in the famous marina - only a 10 minute drive.
Beaches, Bowling Green, Tennis, Country Club, are all within a five minute walk. The water park is within a five minute drive.
