You have found my standard 2 bed rm 2 bath condo. This condo was built new in March 2005. It offers some of the finest ammenities the Island has to offer. You'll enjoy the private pool that only 8 units share. The large master bed room has a king bed, 20" flat screen TV, 150 channel satellite TV/DVD/CD. The 2nd bed room has a queen and a twin bed, 20" flat screen TV/DVD/CD and a 150 channel satellite. There is a 53" big screen HDTV in the living room it also has a DVD/VCR/CD player.
The tiled counters in the fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge, smooth top stove, built in microwave, is complete and will make your feel at home. The 9 ft ceilings, all ceramic tiled floors, crown mouldings, with lots of windows. The leather Italian furniture, high end mattress, and fine art work that will impress most anyone.
There is a washer and dryer located inside the unit for you use.
The beach is located exactly a 3 min. walk from the front door.
No smoking or pets are allowed inside the unit.
There is patio and lawn funiture avilable for you convience as well as a BBQ grill located at pool side.
