Visitors constantly tell us that our Penthouse, in the most prestigious building in Puerto Aventuras, (The Quinta Luna), is absolutely spectacular and unique on the Riviera Maya; different to anywhere they have ever seen before.
The private Quinta Luna building, is enclosed inside the gated community of Puerto Aventuras. It's a few minutes walk to town to the many restaurants and shops. Quinta Luna has its own exclusive private beaches and a long infinity pool with a children section. The private lagoon is perfect for swimming and kayaking. An incredible snorkeling area is directly in front of Quinta Luna.
Our amazing, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, five zone AC, Master Penthouse Villa, with over 3000 square feet, is reminiscent of an authentic Mayan style. It is situated on the top floor with an incredible wrap around terrace of over 1000 square feet, giving you a view of 180 degrees over the open Caribbean sea and it's private beach of Quinta Luna.
There is an outside stone dining table, for at least ten people under a typical Polynesian Palapa, which is shaded throughout the day.(See photo) Nine stone arches surround part of the terrace in a typical Mayan cut stone of the region for total privacy. While you have this amazing flavor of the ancient Mayan culture, you also will have all of today’s modern creature comforts. Seven palm trees dominate the terrace area, adding a phenomenal vibration to the whole place.
There are four different sitting areas on this terrace along with two hammocks for indulging in that book or a lazy afternoon. The whole terrace is surrounded by magnificent flowers of the region. The view from here allows you to see the island of Cozumel across the magnificent blue waters of the Mexican Caribbean. (See photo).
You can have a housekeeper, (cleaninglady) as often as you like. The building will charge you $20.- per cleaning, We have 24 hour in-building security. From 7am to 7pm our building manager, Victor and his staff maintaining the building and take care of any emergencies, should any occur.
A massage therapist and a cook is available at our master penthouse suite. This service will be charged separately.
We have prepared for you a list of things to do, places to visit and great dining and entertainment recommendations.
In the evening, the terrace is enhanced by sensual lighting creating a relaxed setting for dining, conversation, and drinks. Adjacent, there is a domed, gourmet kitchen with all modern facilities including wine cooler, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stainless steel farmer’s sink, six plate glass top cooker, fan, and microwave. A bar extends out into the dining and living room area. As well as in to the outside Palapa area. There is a selection of genuine antiques, to be enjoyed, throughout the Penthouse.
A Bose surround sound system supports a CD player, in living, dining area and the terrace. There is high speed wireless Internet for your laptop. Unlimited phone calls to the USA and Canada @ no charge.
Our master bedroom, with king-size bed, is separated from the living area by a double door. All doors in the Penthouse are hand-carved in a Mayan way. The master bedroom has a full ocean panoramic view, allowing you to walk directly out onto the terrace. The amazing domed ceiling and Mayan stone wall gives the flavor of the Mayan culture, yet again (see photo).
The master bathroom is a piece of art which stands alone in being unique. It has an incredible Roman, hand-cut, marble bath tub, over five by nine feet, including two shower heads. This area is surrounded by lime stone walls with an arch giving in to a domed ceiling. It is truly unique and one of a kind! Also, the double sinks are surrounded by hand-laid stone (see photo). The walk in closet separates the master bedroom from the master bathroom.
There is second domed ceiling, Master bedroom, whth king bed, plus TV, overlooking half of the terrace and the caribbean sea. The west view from this room has a private balcony, overlooking the lagoon, and rooftops of the surrounding area. The room includes a full bathroom with a marble hand laid bath top, two shower heads, and spacious closets (see photo).
A third, with king bed, also faces west. It too, has a domed ceiling and its own private terrace which overlooks the lagoon. The room has its own full bathroom with similar hand-laid stone bath tops as in the master bedrooms.
The fourth Queen bedroom has its own independent entrance. 2 Floors below the main Penthouse, but in the same building. It has its own AC, ceiling fan, and bathroom with shower. Great for independent kids or a Nanny’s quarters.

There is a state of the art fitness/workout room in Quinta Luna for you to use.
As you walk into our Penthouse, you will rapidly realize that it is a place that we care for, as our residence.
