On our first visit, after a long flight with connections to get to Eagle and then Avon, our family was very, happily surprised to find such a clean, well-kept, warm-and-homey location. We cranked up the fireplace immediately, unpacked, and reconvened in the kitchen area for snacks. There was plenty of room to store our personal items including large luggage and ski/boarding equipment. The kitchen seemed incredibly well-equipped. We didn't steal anything, but did discover some really useful items that we bought for our home in Florida upon our return. Our 2 weeks were great (except for some days of minimal fresh snow). The location seemed great for us, especially the next of 3 annual visits to this same condo, after the gondolo was completed across the street. We had a rental car, making trips to stores really convenient. But actually everything was in walking distance for us. If the condo-owners could promise us powder every day, and keep us safe from injuries, this place would be perfect. And a bargain for the area and location!

Great Spot -- Summer and Winter

This place is so much nicer than your average rental apartment. Very well equipped, especially in the kitchen. The layout is open and airy because it is a corner unit... very conducive to family and group gatherings as the large living room/dining area/kitchen brings everyone together. Excellent privacy due to the two story layout. My wife and I have stayed here in summer and winter and loved it both times. You can walk across the road to the Westin and use the gondola to get up the mountain and you can also walk fewer steps to the free shuttle bus. You can walk to restaurants, bars, shopping -- 5-10 minutes by foot. We'll be back!

Out of the eight visits to Colorado, our favorite experience was our stay at this home in Avon. It was very clean, we were able to walk to stores and restaurants, shopping and the ski lift. When we wanted to get out, there was plenty of sight-seeing, hiking, and fun things to do within 15 - 30 minutes. The soothing sound of the river flowing in the back off the deck was heavenly. Everything we needed or wanted was available. We loved it!

We have stayed in this unit twice and have enjoyed our stay there each time. The unit has top end appliances and the furnishings are beautiful. I hope our plans bring us back to Avon!

Stayed for a week with extended family of eight. Much less expensive than staying on-mountain but almost with the same feel. Dinner every night in fantastic kitchen/dining really brought the family together without the need to meet at restaurant every time. Enough privacy for everyone due to upstairs/downstairs configuration of bedrooms. Says it sleeps 8 but we had 9 for two nights when my daughter's boyfriend drove up and slept on comfy couch. Property feels like the owners must live there alot as it has many homey touches and is very clean and well-maintained. Definitely not your typical "rental" property. Close enough to gondola to walk in boots and get on mountain. This avoided the typical teenage "are you still not ready?" first-thing-in-the-morning scurrying around as the younger groups wanted to leave earlier than the older folks. Easy access without the need for a car ride up the hill to Beaver Creek. Several family members did not ski every day (slackers) and were quite comfortable staying in the condo reading and napping. It really is quite light and bright with large windows overlooking the river and a great main room seating area for those who might choose to stay in. Two upstairs bedrooms do not have TVs so make sure you put dibs on the very spacious master suite with its own flatscreen and private bath for yourself. Bedrooms do have multiple hooks for hanging out damp skiwear at night. Nice touch! Had two rental cars for the family but almost didn't need them as everything is close, including shuttle which stops very close to property. Attached garage (single car) had room for all of our ski equipment/boots and direct access to condo. All-in-all great property and great value for a family get-away.

I've stayed here for skiing the last three winters - the place is incredibly well-equipped and has great ski access. The kitchen is bright and there is easily enough space for eight in the bedrooms. I'd recommend it to any of my friends.

This condo is very comfortable! It's open floor plan is great for entertaining post-skiing or post-hike. All of the rooms have been very thoughtfully furnished so there's always a place to put your gear, keys, phone, and feet at the end of a long (and fun-filled) day. The condo was always perfectly clean when we arrived. The gondola (which takes you to mid-mountain at the Beaver Creek Resort year round) is about a block away. We regularly walked it in our ski and snowboard boots while carrying all of our gear! The grocery store (and several good restaurants and bars / music venues) are close enough to entice even the most tired of vacationers. I plan on going back again and again!

My friends and I stayed in this gorgeous condo at the base of Beaver Creek this past winter. The location was perfect and met our budget. We could get up, walk over to Starbucks, come back get our gear and walk to the Gondola. This condo's description was perfect. It has everything you would need for a wonderful experience.

The bed in the master bedroom was oh so, so comfy and listening to the soothing sound of the river.......I felt like a queen and slept like a baby. It is such a perfect location with access to various amenities of beaver creek including a waking distance to starbucks....yeah! bonus!! life is grand. I look forward to making this place a yearly girlfriend getaway. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It has everything you need. Location is awesome and place is awesome!

My family (totally 6 adults and 4 children) stayed here in the summer of 2010. This is a great property, well maintained and attended to by a terrific property manager. Anything that we needed was immediately supplied by him. The townhome is so very conveniently located. You can get to the shuttle in a short walk. It is located by a river with a wonderful hiking/biking/running trail that goes for miles. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped. I just can't think of anything that we needed that wasn't there. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely reschedule in the future.
