About the owner: This was our family home with lots of great memories. I reside in the house part of the year. I stay in the small cabin on property during rental season, over 100ft away making it convenient for guest to reach me with any concerns, yet respecting guests privacy as much as possible.
Why the Owner Chose Traverse City: Quiet area of the lake and it is conveniently located close to Interlochen and Traverse City. Home is well appointed. Neighbors are very nice.
The Unique Benefits at this House: We don't hire property managers and live elsewhere. We are owners who have lived here many years and take pride in the property. We know details about the house and the the area. Over the years there have been many guests here and we love sharing the experience of Long Lake and this area with others. With this in mind, the decision to offer it as a vacation rental is the perfect solution to afford keeping it in our family for generations and share it with new friends. We want to provide a vacation experience to our guests as though they are guests of our own.
