Need a relaxing escape where you can immerse yourself in the sounds of the surf, amazing views of the soothing Atlantic and beautiful Back Bay? Sandbridge Serenity will melt your cares away. This lovely private condo is brand new to the 2013 vacation season with new everything from floors to ceiling and The Sanctuary Condos are parked right on the sand at sunny Sandbridge Beach! Go downstairs and walk right out onto the beach. Luxuriously decorated, this condo offers lovely comfortable furnishings inside and out, a fully stocked kitchen with granite and top of the line stainless steel appliances, spacious master with king size bed and 40' HDTV and large private bath, New 50 ' HDTV in the family room with DVD player and a selection of various DVDs, XBOX w/ two remotes and games, and a bunky room for the kids with two full size bunk bed sets with twin trundle bed, also with 32' HDTV. Sandbridge Serenity offers access to the storage closet in the parking garage with two beach chairs, two body boards, a beach umbrella, and some toys for the kids.
Linens are included from 05/25 to 09/07. Please note, if your reservation falls outside those dates you'll need to purchase a linen package from Beach Pros Realty for a nominal fee or you can bring your own. Linens are not provided for stays shorter than one full week.
Condo complex amenities include: one numbered, assigned, parking space per condo and one additional unassigned space in the parking garage. Additional off street parking available if needed. No smoking. No pets. Three swimming pools open 5/19/13 - 9/29/13 (dates vary depending upon weather), one pool has an oceanfront swim up Bar! A very large hot tub available only during off season, No Smoking, Fire Code regulations prohibits use of open-flamed or gas-fueled grilling devices on unit balconies. There are top-of-the-line Viking gas grills (in courtyard area). Comfy quiet library with plush chairs and great book selection, state of the art exercise room with treadmills, plasma TV's and weights, community room and game with pool table, pinball, video arcade machine and, of course, the big stretch of Atlantic - sand and ocean with no road in front!

We decided to come to Sndbridge over Easter. My husband and I brought our daughters, 6 and 9, and stayed in this condo. All I can say is that the description and photos just don't even come close to how beautiful it is. The private south side of the condos offer absolutley amazing views of the beach and bay and all the way down towards the wildlife refuge. The condo was like brand new and had everything we needed.
