This lovely home on 2 wooded acres with great view of water is smoke-free and like two homes in one. There are two fully equipped kitchens, one with Jenn-Aire surface unit, built in oven and microwave. Both have dishwashers and ice-maker fridge. Lower level family room has pool table, big-screen TV with satellite service including full sports & movie package. There is a smaller TV in childrens' play area for DVDs & videos (No satellite hook-up). Plenty of books and games for those non-TV moments. Lower level also has large screened porch for just about anything. The TV upstairs in livingroom also on satellite system. Home has LifeBreath T.F.P. air cleaner system throughout. Surround sound. Dual shower heads in master bath. Ceiling fans throughout. Beds: 1 King - Master BR, 1 Queen + Queen sleeper sofa, 2 Full, Full futon, 2 Single, 1 youth bed Path through ferned woods gradually slopes to lake. Easy for young and old alike. Fish and swim from boat dock with swim ladder. Very close to Tugaloo State Park and Poplar Springs Recreation Area. June-August:  $2275/wk  1 week minimum except gaps and last minute
September-December: $1875/wk   $975/3 nts - 3 night minimum  (Except holidays)
Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Labor Day - Summer Rates & 1 wk min
Rates do not include tax, cleaning fee, pet fee, pontoon or deposit
Cleaning Fee: $125 Pet Fee: $50/pet (no cats)
