With a fully stocked, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, a laundry room with washer/dryer, a living room with a cozy fireplace and large flat screen TV, with surround sound throughout the house, plenty of seating for everyone, and another deck to enjoy off the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv, private bath; the second bedroom a queen, the third a queen, all pillow top, and two twins in the fourth TV/bedroom/game room.

The master bedroom is located off the patio, with views that will amaze you. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and two sinks. The second bedroom is a queen, as is the third bedroom. The fourth room has two twins, and a large TV for the kids to enjoy, and games to play. All bathrooms are shower/tub combinations, two with granite counters, and the master downstairs has green glass counters with a beautiful jacuzzi

Shopping is fabulous in Orange County, and South Coast Plaza, only 20 min. away, is one of the largest in California.The Balboa Fun Zone is just up the street with rides, restaurants and bars for evening entertainment. You can visit Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Hollywood, Legoland, Universal studios, San Diego Wildlife Park, and Fashion Island, all just a short drive from your front door. Enjoy deep sea fishing, golfing, skating, biking, or the local music at the park, just up the street, close enough to walk and enjoy!

We've stayed at this terrific beach house several times. It is comfortable, fully equipped, quiet, and has a beautiful view. Valerie is very helpful and available for any questions or issues. My family and I rented this place last summer and it exceeded all of our expectations. The furniture was beautiful. It was in a GREAT location. We could walk everywhere. My kids loved it and felt right at home. We used the bbq a lot and balanced it with all the great restaurants in the area. The beach is BEAUTIFUL. It is one of the prettiest parts of the world my family and I have visited. I definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to have a great vacation.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
