Relax in this former builder's model home with a spectacular waterfront setting.

This large waterway offers breathtaking sunsets and the opportunity to see dolphins, manatees, and pelicans. The large, screened-in lanai offers an oversized pool, outside shower, and separate hot tub with bar, refrigerator, and freezer. This home has never been rented and all furnishings are new, including a 52-inch large screen TV in the family room which can be viewed from the kitchen, living room, and lanai. The large circular driveway gives you easy access to our home with a two-car garage.

The master bath features a large whirlpool bath with access to pool and screened lanai, king-size sleigh bed, large walk-in closet with a 32-inch TV and DVD. Second bedroom features a queen-size bed and office. Third bedroom has two twin beds. All have TVs and DVDs. Living room and lanai both have sleeper sofas!

Our home is perfect for couples and children. We are minutes away from beaches and restaurants but be sure to see the sunset from the comfort of the pool/lanai. Enjoy the pool, and grill the fish you just caught off the dock. Beach chairs, beach towels, fishing rods, bikes, and water toys are available for your use.

Boating, fishing, and shelling are only a few of the things to do on Marco Island. The sugar-white sand beach is rated in the top "ten" of the world not only for its beauty but also for the shelling. Everglades tours featuring gators of all sizes are only minutes away.

Restaurants of all types feature fine dining to fast food with entertainment seven nights a week. Backwater fishing as well as ocean fishing has as much action as you can handle. Tin City and downtown Naples is a short 30 minutes away. Golfing is available at as many courses as stars in the sky, all only a short drive away.

  • We just returned from a memorable week at your house, celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time - the thoughtful touches, the lovely decor, the comfortable furniture, the lanai, pool and hot tub - all made for a terrific time. We loved spending evenings out on the lanai, watching the sunset, and then enjoying the cooler evening as we alternated between reading and swimming, or beginning the day having breakfast out there. My husband especially loved being able to watch Wimbledon on your large-screen TV. We'd love to return for another stay.

  • Karolee and Craig: We just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time our family had vacationing at your home. We were extremely impressed with your property, the decor and its cleanliness. We were also pleasantly surprised to see our same bedroom set in your master bedroom. My 2 year old daughter kept associating the room with ours. It is so nice to find a "home" away from "home" with every single amenity you could need. I packed 1/2 of our house believing I would use everything from my pots and pans, to the blender, to the pressure cooker, however, I did not need a single thing. Thank you for providing your guests with everything imaginable from towels to soap, kitchen gadgets, tupperware to barware.   • We have visited Florida many times and always stay in a condo overlooking the beach. This time we decided to try a house as the cost was the same. Well, this house gave me a beautiful view of the water with my own pool. The outside Lanai was my favorite area. The outdoor BBQ with a sink near by provided easy food preparation. A comfy sitting area complete with lamps and fans as you looked over the water or read you book in the breeze was great. The bose stereo system and big screen T.V. did entice my husband to go inside once in awhile. Everything was furnished like your own home. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the utensils and appliance you could need. It truly was a home away from home. I will never stay in a condo again!! I have rented this house again for a near future date and cannot wait to go. I love Marco Island and now I hae found a place I love too.

  • Craig, My family and I just got home from spending two of the best weeks together ever. Your vacation rental at 308 Bald Eagle Dr, Marco Island was absolutly fantastic. I can assure you we will be returning. The cleaning people, Jim and Retha were very helpful and friendly, they made our trip even better. They were much more help than the rental group. Deep sea fishing was great. My son caught a 8 foot shark weighing about 400 pounds. Thanks for opening your home up to our family, we shall never forget it! Regards.......Duane
