As you walk into the large Living Room, the ceiling-to-floor picture windows open to the river, the pine trees and the river walk. Sun shines in through the windows and brightens the entire great room area. The TV and DVD player are here. The Living room sofa can become a Queen sleeper sofa. The over-sized chair is comfortable and the furnishings are warm and present an inviting mountain atmosphere.

As you step onto the Trex deck, the sounds of the river greet you. Relax on the wrought iron swing, patio furniture and grill your next meal to make this an unforgettable outdoor experience.

The Master bedroom with a King bed is lovely in greens and beiges with mahogany furniture. It has a ceiling fan for your comfort. The Master bath with tile counters, tile floors and an over-sized tile shower is large and private.

The loft area upstairs presents more spectacular views. A large flat screen TV, Sony Blu-ray DVD player is here for your enjoyment. An oak and suede Queen futon creates more sleeping area as needed.

A few steps away the large tastefully decorated guest bath is located between the 2 upstairs bedrooms.

To the left is a large walk-in closet and the Queen bed Bear bedroom. This bedroom has bears on the wall, bear lamps and a large bear holding up the flat screen TV. Views of the River are visible from the windows. A ceiling fan is located here for you

To the right of the hall is another walk-in closet and a beautiful Queen bed with brocade, burgundy and gold coverings and pillows. A stained glass lamp shade, mountain scenes, elk photos on the walls and a ceiling fan complete the look.
