I have stayed at Maravilla for Spring Break the last 8 years and this condo was BY FAR my favorite!! I loved the decor and it was very clean. The location was very convenient. The second floor is perfect - you have a great view and easy access to beach and pool. The owner was very helpful - my family WILL be back!!

My family just returned to the bitter-sweet reality of home after visiting this beautiful condo. The condo was everything depicted in the listing! The decore is fabulous, the location is awesome and the personal touches the owner's provided down to a list of definite to-do's made this vacation condo the best I've ever experienced! We coulnd't have found a more family-friendly spot. Would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks so much for sharing your family's treasure with our's! We will definately be returning!

My family and I stayed in this condo for 2 weeks over the winter and we all had an amazing vacation. Even with the chilly temp's we managed to enjoy ourselves by taking advantage of the owners recommended sights to see & places to eat. Thanks Dina for those... We loved the Destin food for sure!! Dina was also helpful in giving us an early check in on our arrival day. She also helped us out each time we called to ask her a question. We would like to return to Destin real soon and we will absolutely choose this condo as our second home again!

Unbelievable Customer Care

We had a WONDERFUL trip to Destin last week. The condo we stayed in had incredible views of the gulf and the accomodations were perfect. This condo had it all. The owner took care of all our questions about the area and where to go to eat.Dina was helpful in arranging all our check in and check out needs. Cant wait to go back, and we will definitely stay in this condo again.

Great View...

Condo does have a great view...But, you have to walk across a busy access road to get to the beach. Pool is directly on the access road. Condo listing says it's been recently updated but it is in desperate need of a kitchen and bath update. There is no picture of the guest room on the listing...it is very small and you can barely open the bedroom door because of the bed. The owner stayed in the unit the week prior to us arriving and cleaned the unit herself (instead of paying a cleaning crew) so we had some cleaning issues to take care of ourselves before beginning our vacation. The owners communication was unclear regarding the keys at our departure, giving us two sets of instruction, thus attempting to charge us for a locksmith fee out of our deposit. This issue is still pending. We did enjoy the complex, being so pet friendly. We will stay at Maravilla again...we will just choose another unit/owner.

Owner response:This rentor is upset because she took the key to my unit and I had to have the locks changed. In my contract, that she signed and dated, it clearly states that you will leave the key in the lockbox and will not take it with you. It also states that if you take it with you, you will be subject to a $85.00 fee. She was very upset that, although she signed the contract, I charged her the fee that was stated anyway. As you will see from other reviews, I have NEVER had to charge anyone their deposit for propery stolen, or broken in 5 years of owning this condo. I have had people break things and call me and let me know. When they do that on the honor system I do not charge them because accidents do happen. You will LOVE this condo and you will have a pleasant experience working with me. NOT BAD for 5 years of renting and one negative review... Thank you... Dina

Great condo with awesome views! We enjoyed our stay over springbreak 10....weather was perfect, and watching the dolphins play each morning, while sitting on the deck, brought a much needed week of relaxation! Nice working with Dina....no hidden costs, no extra pet fees! Maravilla is a very family oriented condo, and lots of doggies around for your pet to meet new friends! We would have stayed much longer! Thanks again!

This place is fabulous. It was perfect for our family vacation. Right on the beach. White sand. Gorgeous views. Had all the necessary amenities. Loved the Safari motif and decor. Daily choice of private beach, or gated community pool and hot tub. Close to restaurants, putt putt, go carts, thrill rides, bowling, fishing, shops etc. For those who love exercise, you'll love the choice of walking, jogging, running on either sidewalk or beach. Readers will love the comfortable furniture while listening to your favorite music with the gulf breezes and spectacular views. We had a fantastic time. What more can we say. Wow! Dina will treat you right!

I cant say enough nice things about Dina and her second home. The condo is beautiful and the view is breath taking. Miravilla is an excellent area, very family oriented. Thank you, Dina, for being so wonderful in allowing us to check in a day early and check out a little later due to our travel plans changing at the last minute. You could not have been more accommodating and understanding. Your condo is absolutely BEAUTIFUL in it's decor and we felt right at home immediately. My biggest surprise was your comfy bed in the master. The pillow-top mattress and soft sheets made us sleep like babies! Not what we've experienced in other rentals or hotels. We will definately recommend your condo and it will be where we stay again while our own home is being built in such a beautiful location of Florida....love the beaches! THANK YOU!!

Hey Dina, Our first impression of the condo when we walked in was breathtaking! We loved it loved it loved it!!!!!! Even though Hurricane Katrina came through on the first part of our vacation it did not ruin it! We got some well relaxed rest that we really needed! We brought several DVDs since we knew that the storm was coming but just did not know where it was going to hit at that time! Once the storm went on and cleared out the Gulf was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We did not stay on the Beach to awful much because the pool felt so much better! But I wanted to Thank you for offering such a WONDERFUL place for us to come and relax! From the decor of the condo, the location of the room(2nd floor around the corner from the steps), to the convenience to the beach. Great view from the balcony and very clean condo. What a WONDERFUL condo to visit! It was very comfortable, nice decor, perfect location, & had everything there you need. It looks just like the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay. The balcony was a great place to relax & see the view. It was nice being able to walk up the stairs to. I would highly recommend this home away from home for your next vacation. The rain showerhead was a plus!! The view was PERFECT! We absolutely loved it. Thank you for the kids toys too. The girls had new toys to play with!! The bed was very comfortable too!

The condo unit is beautiful. The view is beautiful. The beach is beautiful. The pool is beautiful. It was everything advertised and more. Plus, Dina is an excellent host, she took care of our every need. Plus, she is fair and timely and honest. We've stayed in several condo units. You won't find one in it's class that is more elaborately furnished. I highly recommend it.

WHAT AN UNBELIEVABLY UNIQUE CONDO THIS 2206 IS. WE HAVE STAYED IN DESTIN BEFORE AND EVEN AT MARAVILLA BUT THE DECOR AND THE ATMOSPHERE OF THIS PARTICULAR UNIT IS REALLY FANTASTIC. ALSO, WE ENJOYED WORKING WITH DINA, SHE MADE OUR BOOKING AND CHECKING IN HASSLE-FREE, AND ALL THE LITTLE EXTRAS IN THE CONDO WERE A PERK. THE VIEW IS A NICE ONE AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE REBOOKING WITH DINA IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING WHY SUCH A BEAUTIFUL UNIT DOESN'T HAVE MORE BOOKINGS THAN THIS. THAT IS BECAUSE WE JUST PURCHASED THIS UNIT IN SEPT. '04 FROM JIM AND SHERRY MCDANIELS.
