After reading the great reviews I decided on this place and it was the best idea I'd had in ages! Dan was right on it, getting back to me in no time so reservations were a cinch! The kitchen was well stocked so cooking was a breeze, the pool is fabulous and everything you could want is within walking distance. We had great meals every time at Schlitterbahn, which is so close you would be wasting your hard earned money staying there when you can stay right across the parking lot! We had a great time staying at the Gulfview II condos. The condo had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The double bed and fold out couch made it very comfortable for four people to stay. All very clean and looked just like the photos. Location was great - so easy to get to the beach and walking distance to the bars for spring break. The pool was also a great bonus! All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

The property as a whole is very nice. Landscaping nice, very well maintained. Pool/spa area really relaxing. The condo is nicely decorated, and the owners seem to have their guests in mind when providing amenities. The condo's location is convenient to all the island's shopping, eateries, beaches, and activities. We'll definitely be back. Thank you to the owners.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car.
