Ideal for two families or for a romantic get-away, this newly built and decorated cabin easily sleeps 12. The romantic master bedroom is the jewel of the cabin with its own jacuzzi. You are only 45 min to Schweitzer, 40 min to Silverwood/Boulder Beach Amusement Park and 20 min to Sandpoint.
SUMMER: A boat launch, docks, marina and beach with picnic areas, is only a one minute drive away, to Garfield Bay on pristine Lake Pend O'reille and it makes this cabin an ideal summer vacation spot. With a view of the lake and marina, the cabin's wrap-around deck is furnished with a gas grill and patio furniture and after a day of fun on the lake, it provides the perfect setting to watch the night sky come alive, or you can sit around the fire pit in the back yard and roast marshmallows. The backyard is also great for activities like badminton and volleyball.
WINTER: Ideal for a CHRISTMAS vacation, you are only a 45 minute drive from the fabulous Schweitzer Ski hill. Ski at Schweitzer and stay at this cozy cabin for a fraction of the cost of most Schweitzer lodges. After a day of skiing or hiking, come home to your cozy retreat in the woods, stoke up the woodstove, watch movies on the TV/VCR/DVD or do puzzles and play games. The loft is ideal for two families with lots of children since parents can sleep in the two bedrooms while children can "camp out" in the loft on the mattresses. Additional beds are available in den with its two futons.
NEARBY: The quaint village of Sandpoint which features the headquarters of "Coldwater Creek" along with other charming boutiques is great for fine shopping and dining. It is also known for its beautiful, sandy, city beach equipped with picnic areas and barbecue pits, basketball courts, tennis courts, and beach volleyball. Silverwood Theme Park is approximately 40 minutes to the south with its new water park and roller coasters.
