About this property

Nine Vail Road Condos are located just across from the Sonnenalp and Sebastian Hotels in Vail Village. Just across the street from the pedestrian area, short walk to Gondola One. There is an onsite pool; hot tub; free WIFI; free garage parking. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This two bedroom, two bath suite features 973 square feet of living space; one king bed; two twins (4 Person Max. Occupancy) ; full kitchen; deck and common area washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Lovely Condo Minutes away from everything

Great property less that 10 minute walk to Gondola One and many wonderful restaurants!

Great location!

Overall we enjoyed the property. The location is perfect with a 7 minute walk to the Vail Gondola and 15 minute walk to Lionshead if you want the exercise instead of taking the free shuttle that has a stop 30 feet away from the condo. The condo is dated but charming. Old appliances and cookware but everything worked. The beds were comfortable. Could have used more blankets in the room with twin beds. It was great that it included parking as we had a rental car.

Loved this condo in Vail Village

We just spent a week at this condo in Vail Village (February break 2022) and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Easy walk to Gondola One and the kids all loved the hot tub and pool. Would highly recommend for a family vaca to Vail.
